We found this hotel room to be as advertised. It was quiet, we felt safe, arrangements went as planned. The room was small, as was the bathroom. The location was wonderful and we were able to roam by foot everywhere in this delightful city.
This small hotel at the edge of the old town has a lot to offer. Once you find the hotel entrance at place Kléber, you get into an older building with newly furnished rooms and great views over the square.

The entrance corridor to the hotel is fairly narrow. And as one other has already stated, the parking garage is city-owned and managed, not by the hotel. I would contact the hotel directly to ask their opinion.
