Le Kleber Hotel was a beautiful experience. It's a mixture of modern and old. Extremely clean, big bathroom, and everything is nicely decorated. The room was a good size for just one person. It's very well located. Breakfast was very nice.

The entrance corridor to the hotel is fairly narrow. And as one other has already stated, the parking garage is city-owned and managed, not by the hotel. I would contact the hotel directly to ask their opinion.
