Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I have visited this hotel several times when driving to and from Spain. They have a large turnover of staff, however they have always been friendly. Unfortunately the restaurant isn't great & expensive, I've had anything from cold food served to wrong orders, even though I've ordered in French, I have to unfortunately report that the staff in the restaurant don't appear bothered when it comes to customer service or satisfaction. However the hotel itself is good, so as long as you eat elsewhere it is nice hotel

The hotel Ibis is perfectly located on a lake with wonderful view. The tram will soon come as far as the hotel but for now a quick bus ride to the nearest tram stop works quite well. Once again, Ibis is a treasure - excellent value and never spoken in travel mags.

Honestly this hotel was very up market in my opinion, the view from the window was overlooking the lake.

We checked in with no problems at all, we were given a pass code for the secure parking for no extra cost.

Free Wi-Fi provided in the rooms etc.

We went for a lovely evening meal at the hotel's restaurant, The Steak was ordered medium rare, however I deemed it to be just rare..... Being a tourist who speaks little French, I was willing to overlook this and take the positive that at least it confirmed I DEFINATELY do not like rare steak!!! :-)

Just 2 miles from the town centre makes this an affordable and pleasant stay! :-)

A quick 2 day visit to Bordeaux.
Free parking and almost opposite the 2€ tram.
Good Breakfast and nice friendly staff made the stay.
Second time we have stayed and will be back in future.
No complaints.

Check in and out were smooth and room was standard clean IBIS room with a comfortable bed. Location is about 15 minutes by car from the centre and parking at the hotel is free.

Downsides:
- Free wifi not usable - speeds were so low that most Apps indicate that there is no internet connection and stopped. Not possible to book a next hotel.
- Is a business hotel where room cleaning starts early and cleaning staff do not seem to take into account that there could be guests still trying to sleep

We found this hotel quite easily and parked. However, at reception we were given a passcode and recommended that we take our car round the back to the gated car park. The room we were given was large with a comfortable bed, plenty of storage space and long shelving surface for writing etc. There was also a small sofa for two as well as a chair for the desk area. The bathroom has a very low toilet, but nice sink and hairdryer as well as a comfortable walk in shower. Squeezy soap in dispensers was good in both the shower and at the sink. The receptionist and breakfast staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant also the breakfast room was circular and off the large reception area. Food for breakfast was plentiful and a good choice.
It was also peaceful and not crowded but we may have be lucky because it was early in the year.
A very pleasant experience and would not hesitate to use it again.

We stayed here on our drive to and back from Andalusia. It's still Ibis so don't expect anything fancy, but we found this a great place to spend the night. Friendly staff, handy location (you're right back on track), no noise at night, room was spotless and spatious, bed was absolutely great. We didn't try the restaurant or have breakfast in the morning but it looked fine as far as we could see. There are a couple of other restaurants close-by.

We were looking for a hotel not far away from the airport near shopping center. a huge one (Auchan) is being finished just 5 minutes drive from the hotel. The airport is 10-15 minutes as well.
We got a big room, modern, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was (surprisingly?) very good.
The only issue was with the air condition which wasn't working. The stupid answer we got from the receptionist was "we expect tomorrow to be colder so we shut the a/c"????
But, in less than 5 minutes, she sent us 2 heaters with ventilation function. Noisy, but helped a bit.
Also - this is a hotel, put decent elevators...people are coming in groups and with luggage :-(

Hotel is in a great location with secure parking and was really easy to find from the motorway.

My wife and I decided to do an afternoon bike ride and chose this hotel due to its location and proximity to cycle routes. We were amazed how well signposted the cycle routes were.

This Ibis is very basic and simple but clean and the room was comfortable. Also it a not to be confused with the Ibis Budget which sits on a plot behind this hotel.

The room had no hot drink making facilities which meant we couldn't enjoy a cuppa in the morning before breakfast. They were kind enough to fill our thermos flask at the bar with hot water before we set off on our bike ride.

We ate lunch at the Courtpaille restaurant attached and unfortunately the staff seemed a bit too occupied to take notice of dining guests. Took quite a bit to get their attention for ordering. The food was just ok. We ate elsewhere for our evening meal.

Breakfast was lovely and definitely recommend it. Simple continental buffet with a good selection of breads and croissant, cereal, yoghurt, cheese and cold meats and boiled eggs. Juices and hot drinks available too.
