A phenomenal find in beautiful Bordeaux is the best way to describe this hotel. The room we stayed in was splendid. Very high ceilings, comfortable arm chairs and a great bed. Right from the warm welcome to the super breakfast to the macaroons in the room - we loved it all. The accessible downtown location only adds to the value...

L'Hotel Particulier has it all. A great location (you can walk anywhere in downtown and the tram stops outside the door), great bars and restaurants abound, charming building and interior design, super comfortable bed, upmarket amenities, good lighting in the room, excellent cost to value ratio, and terrific breakfast cooked individually for you served in a beautiful breakfast room. We stayed in the Room Comedie during our recent visit to Bordeaux. Although the bedroom and bathroom were very tight, the apartment was beautiful, stylish and functional. The entrance and courtyard were beautiful and the staff was very helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast each morning and the dining area was very pretty. We particularly enjoyed the feeling of security in...

This is a quirky hotel in an excellent location where we stayed for four nights - it is on the edge of the UNESCO designated area of Bordeaux, down the street from the Cathedral, and up the street from the tram stop. Our experience was primarily positive - the good: we had a room with a kitchenette; we were overlooking...

The service at this hotel was great - lovely people and very helpful, even when I made several errors with booking rooms (still had 2 booked several days before I arrived). The hotel itself is gorgeous. It's is in a very old building complete with one of those beautiful old lifts (which barely fit our luggage because we don't travel...

Beautiful rooms, delicious and homemade breakfasts, charming and attentive staff, and you can walk or take the tram anywhere you need to go, like the amazing new wine museum - Le Cite de Vin. Highly recommended!

We spent two nights in three separate rooms. One of our travelling group was unwell. She was taken straight to her room and settled in. The staff were always helpful staff - booking wine tours, restaurants and generally charming in every interaction. The hotel is beautifully appointed, especially the breakfast dining area, and the breakfast was very good.

We spent three nights here at the end of a month in France and we enjoyed every moment. Florence and her staff are simply awesome. Helpful, thoughtful, skilled and just plain nice. The location in the center of this beautiful city offers all the benefits. A tram right outside for easy travels. The beautiful cathedral and square a stone's throw...

Great stay in lovely boutique hotel in a good location. We had a spacious apartment in a beautiful building at the back and the tram out the front. Be aware tho there is no lift for that area but only 3 flights and staff on hand to help. They were friendly helpful and informative. Breakfast was the best we had...
