We went as a small family, the hotel reception is very unimpressive, small and could do with a lick of paint. We chose to stay here to be next to the Kosher Resturant Las de la Pizza. The rooms had everything you needed, a bed, sink, TV, fridge, and even a travel cot for our baby. The rooms are more...

Helpful and pleasant staff. We have stayed in several apartment hotels and this is the least well equipped. We don't want to cook gourmet dinners but would be struggling to cook anything at all. One saucepan, two side plates - no dinner plates, no kitchen knives or implements of any kind. Insult to injury - no wine glasses - in...

I stayed here for 2 nights. If I had not already paid through Booking.com, I would have left after the 1st night. My 1st warning should have been the neglected parking area (weeds), damage to the exterior of the building, and peeling glass reflective sheeting. The GPS coordinates were spot on. Safe parking on the property behind a gate for...

The staff here were lovely and very friendly however our room was a bit of a disgrace. I complained about our broken toilet seat within an hour of checking in and although we were only staying two nights it would have been nice if they would have fixed it on that day. However it never got fixed. My pillow smelt...

Its a 5 minute work from the outskirts of the city centre, and first impressions were "what a rough area?" trust me, it looks rough but at no point regardless of time did we have any issues - we were asked once did we want to by drugs? we said no, he smiled and said have a nice evening and...

First of all, the good bits. The location is good, 5 minutes walk to the town centre, 15 minutes to the railway station. The bus from the airport stops at Place de la Victoire so get off there as the hotel is in Cours de la Somme. The staff were friendly and helpful, it took less than 5 minutes to...

Unfortunately i went here during inside painting and renovation work. The stink of paint was really hard in the hallway, in the reception and also in the breakfast room. The room was clean but the bed not so comfortable. The breakfast salty choice a bit poor, with only two kind of ham and cheeses. The only cold drink were a...

I had emailed this hotel explaining we would be getting in at 10pm after flying in from Venice. I received an email back saying that someone would meet us at the hotel. After arriving at the hotel, no one was there, the hotel was open so we sat in reception for 45 minutes waiting for someone to arrive. A French...

We only spent one night here as we were passing through and it had what we needed a clean room, the bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel was not noisy. It was perfect for what we needed but I wouldn't stayed here for a long trip

The hotel is quiet, clean and customer service is good. It is close to the tram and other public transport. It is not directly in the center of the city but it is very close. Overall, I think is a very good place to enjoy Bordeaux
