We stayed 4 nights and found this family run hotel efficient but friendly. Madame was full of smiles and most helpful. Breakfast was taken (extra 8 euros) in the restaurant directly opposite across the narrow street. The hotel is quite old but has been successfully modernised. Our third floor room - there was a lift - was compact but had...

This is a delightful family enterprise twinned with the café across the road. All the family / staff were really friendly and helpful and happy for a chat. We were happy with our room and enjoyed our breakfast which is served in the café. The location is of course great with all the attractions on the doorstep

This hotel is so well situated, maybe 100metres from a lovely beach, in a street of shops and restaurants and an easy walk from an underground car park (St Eugenie). The family are very welcoming, there are rooms on 3 or 4 floors. Ours was well appointed, quiet and comfortable, on the 3rd floor with lift access. Breakfast can be...

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. The first with my boyfriend and the second with my mum. Both times I have loved our time spent here. The location is amazing and really makes easy access to everything! Restaurants, Bars and Cafes at the door step of the hotel and the beach a few steps away....

This is a nice little family owned hotel in the center of a busy area and a short walk to the ocean. It's exactly what I wanted with many good eating places & bars close. Nothing fancy but still very clean, nice bathroom, good housekeeping. At night the streets come alive with people and music and it definitely wasn't boring....

Was really looked after and the location was perfect, so close to everything. There was also a good range of information about things to do in and around the area, along with practical stuff like bus timetables.

Spent a very enjoyable couple of nights at Hotel Palym. Nice clean room - lovely shower. Great location near beaches, walks and eateries. I found the restaurant right across the narrow street very good. Staff very friendly and helpful. Also, when I foolishly left some clothes behind the hotel kindly forwarded them on to me for which I am very...

The location is really nice but that's about the only positive thing with the hotel. Our fire detector didn't work and the staff refused to check it and told us to stay at another hotel if we didn't like it. I'd never recommend this hotel to anyone.

When booking this hotel I asked for a room with a view or a balcony & was delighted when we were shown to a room that had both, a lovely room on the top floor, No.20. My wife & I were celebrating our Golden Wedding Anniversary in the lovely town of Biarritz & this hotel was perfect,so close to all...

This hotel is superbly located, there is no doubt about that. The personnel are friendly and helpful and our rooms were spotless every day. What was missing was a fridge in the rooms and a recreation/sitting room where we could have sat and played cards/games with the family in the evening.
