Nice little hotel with good air conditioning, clean room, good water pressure and comfy bed but the bathroom smelled like sewage our entire stay. We had to keep the door closed in room 37. Not sure if all rooms are this way. The bathroom toilet area has a cement and raised rock floor which is very painful to walk on...

People in charge are extremely stubborn and irrespecutful. Waking uo in the morning with a good vibe and receiving nasty vibes through out the day with no reason at all. It is really expensive for what it is and considering the large amount of hotel offers there are. You have 2 discotecs in front and a noisy bar in the...

This place is right in the centre and the rooms were large and clean. The staff were really friendly and helpful as well. This is a great option for a nice relaxed stay that is in the middle of everything. Excellent value.

Ideally located in the heart of town and 2 mn walk from the beach. Recently renovated with very good taste. Slightly noisy at night but nothing that will prevent you from a good night sleep. Many shops and restaurants around. Definitely a very good choice.

The hotel is well located, one street next to the seaside. End of good review. If not, the rooms overlooking the street are very noisy, especially that there is a club just 10 meters away. The wifi is not working, so the TV. You have to wait for 10 mns all the time at the reception as there is nobody...

Great location, walking distance to Grande Plage, located near local market and high class shops and restaurants. Room small but clean and tidy. Air conditioning worked well, shower with real hot water and hair drier. In room TV. Free wifi. No coffee making facilities in room. Don't go to bed without closing windows and putting on AC as rooms above...

Stayed here last night and thought it was a great little hotel in a great location in a great little town (or is it a city) of Biarritz. The rooms are decorated lovely with that surfers touch which the town is famous for. We had a few drinks in the bar later on that evening, chilled out mood mainly young...

When we arrived at the hotel we were very unsure as the entrance doesn't do it justice because it appeared like an extension of the downstairs bar. However the rooms were spacious, well air conditioned and spotlessly clean. Despite being above a bar there wasn't any noise when we went to bed. Staff were very helpful and the location was...

We spent three days in the Palacito during the Wheels & Waves Event 2014. The Palacito is a very nice Boutique-Hotel in the the City Center of Biarritz. The related Palacito Cafe is a hot spot in the evening. You can start from the cafe your Night in Biarritz. The room complete new renovated and equiped with a lot of...
