We enjoyed our stay here very much - the hotel is well located at the edge of the village, with no traffic noise from the road [though we were at the back of the hotel]. Beautiful decor and staff were friendly and helpful for the most part. Food is excellent. Definitely worth a stay. My only negative comments would apply...

Nineteen year ago we first stayed here and have enjoyed it both times. This year the food was more interesting and unusual with wonderful presentation of foamed concoctions. They are putting a lot of effort into getting a Michelin star. However we found the rooms less charming than under the last owner, as they are trying for a more slick,...

We were here with friends for 3 nights. The hotel is in a good location at the end of the town. We stayed in a beautiful lodge suite. It was great. The restaurant was outstanding and the breakfast very good. The pool was lovely at the end of the day. We had one issue upon arrival at 3 pm. No...

Hello, we thank you for your title and for your good review. You spent a good time at Les Glycines, appreciating your room, breakfast and dinner. At your arrival, it's true the receptionist was very busy. She took care of some guests as she took great care of you, accompagnying you in your room and spending all time necessary with...

We staid for one night, arriving very late. The room was beautiful, as are the entire hotel and gardens. Everything was very cleanThe hotel, after being informed about our late arrival offfered and prepared a snack waiting for us in the room. Breakfast was great, all options, in a beautiful addition to the original house. Everyone speaking to us was...

I really loved my dinner at Les Glycines. The servers are lovely (one speaks extremely quietly but i found her shyness endearing) and the hotel is peaceful and very charming. Portions are not gigantic but with amuses and mignardises and so on I left extremely full. Standouts include the lamb with zucchini flowers and gnocchi and a marvelous black truffle...

This is a very well run Hotel in every way, and a very comfortable place to stay, with beautiful grounds to the rear, and enjoying a great position near the tiny railway station. But it's certainly not cheap - think lower orders of Relais & Chateaux - as the "charm" room was €180 per night, (plus breakfast in some cases)...

Lovely hotel and inviting to return to at the end of a busy and active day. The interior of the hotel, terrace, gardens and pool are quite idyllic. The bedrooms are a little poky and tired and need of a redecoration but the staff make up for this in their friendly service. Although the food menu is priced very high...

Hello and thank you from all the staff for your review. Sure, Les Eyzies and Les Glycines are very beautiful starting points to walk or bike. But please, don't kidnap our Chef, many other internet users appreciated his creative food and want to savour it again ! Valerie

This hotel was reviewed in the Sunday Times and it lived up to the review and more. The receptionist made us feel so welcome and took us to our suite personally. It was well furnished with two sets of doors leading to a private'ish seating area. Our meal was excellent and the waiting staff were among the best I have...

This hotel is outstanding in many ways: friendly front desk and support staff, beautiful property and rooms, great location, the best food we ate on our whole trip. But all of those benefits are considerably offset by the hotel managers (those managing the hotel, bar, and restaurant), who were inflexible, harried, and unfriendly. We felt that any request we made...
