Value for money. Good location - train station and city center both are in walking distance. Breakfast was too basic, would be better if some hot food, at least eggs, could be included. Also it would be excellent if there was an electric kettle to make tea/coffee inside the room. Another problem was the nature of wifi - it gets... More

Squeezing the car into the offstreet parking berth was a mission, but once inside, the welcome was warm and well informed. Room small but comfortable and very clean, & QUIET. Great location close to CBD & main tourist spots, easy walking. Breakfast adequate, and service impressive. Recommended.

I stayed in the hotel for 3 nights. Maybe I wasnt lucky to get that room, but I could smell cantalisation in my bathroom, which was very unpleasent. No matter how much do you pay, I think, that every hotel should be clean and fresh. The hotel was located good, close to the city center and train station.

A one night stay on the way from the South of France to Paris. The hotel did an excellent job of communicating prior to arrival, and were friendly and helpful on arrival. Room was clean, but shows its age. Nice and quiet on the Saturday night we were there. Great to have a small kitchenette in the room. Good central... More

Fairly easy access by car but also well located for visiting the city centre. A good starting point for touring the Auvergne. Comfortable and quiet room and a good breakfast. Helpful staff, good value for money.

We stayed in Clermont-Ferrand for 1 night and chose Hotel Beaulieu due to having on site parking facilities and a good location. The receptionist was ever so helpful providing a map and indicating points of interest for our stay which were spot on and helped us make the most of our visit. The room was clean, comfortable and simply decorated.... More

The rooms were comfortable, very clean and very adequate for our over-night stay in Clermont-Ferrand. The location was good, an easy, safe walk to the downtown/cathedral area. Friendly, English- speaking staff, most helpful.

The hotel is located next to a busy road however the rooms are well isolated. It is about 15min walk to the lovely city centre. The rooms were very small as well as the double bed, was quite small. The bath room is rather small too. It was a decent hotel, fine for a short stay however not for a... More

We stayed just for one night and I couldnt imagine staying any longer. The room was tiny, it actually felt claustrophobic.. The upside was the aircon worked well and so did the wifi. There is a funny heater that you can use with food bought at reception, but there are a number of bars and cafes very close plus a... More

I stayed at the Hôtel Beaulieu for one night only on my way down south. The Hotel staff were very friendly and spoke perfect English. The hotel is right in the hearth of the city, with all attractions within walking distance. If your booking don’t book room 13. The bathroom is so small that you can actually sit on the... More
