Overall ok but the room and especially the bathroom is old. It is not the same as the hotel photos displayed during the reservation. I would advise to take a room on the first floor rather than second because it is very dark up there!

I booked the room over the phone and the gentleman was very polite. Upon arrival w were shown to our ground floor room which had a very interesting design, a huge bed and seating area, with a huge italian shower behind! Very exotic and classy! The decor of the room was quite intense. A very good nights sleep; a quiet,... More

This small hotel is tucked away down a little side street close to the river. It gives little away from the outside but when you walk in there is a lovely reception area. We had a warm welcome and at the back of the hotel is a wonderful walled garden with beautiful flowers and a lovely pool. It was a... More

This is a super hotel in Vichy and we would definitely return, especially the restaurant which was fantastic. The hotel is very well run, clean and within walking distance of the river and parks in Vichy. The food in the restaurant was excellent and the attention to detail was second to none. We booked through the "Lonely Planet" guide. I... More

We arrived after 9pm after a long day on the motorways. The restaurant had finished service, but they kindly found us a plate of cheese and a bottle of wine. Our room faced the courtyard so was very quiet, as well as comfortable and with a great power shower. Vichy is a really pleasant town located on the river, with... More
