Had a very pleasant afternoon on the beach at Les Sables Blancs. True to its name the sand was very white and also very fine. The beach is quite large, clean, great for children as it has a gentile slope with no sudden changes in depth close to the waters edge. For this early September Wednesday it was not crowded.... We went for dinner with friends. Location superb. Dinner quite awful. Lobster menu could not have been more of a let-down. In an area that boasts wonderful fresh seafood, our half lobsters were like giant pre-frozen shrimps. Overcooked (probably from frozen) -flesh was soft and mushy- with a few re heated chips on the side. The local bakery could have... More

We had a very pleasant meal with an exceptional view. In the height of the season, we were advised to book a few days ahead if we wanted a good table. We booked 3 days in advanced and were rewarded with an outstanding table, right in the middle of the front row next to the large window with a fantastic... More

We had a one night stay. The welcome was warm, all staff were friendly and keen to please. The room was fantastic - quiet and with the most amazing view across the bay. We ate in the restaurant and it was perfect. There was ample parking in the road outside the hotel. We rated it as one of our best stays... More

We arrived late here for our overnight stay and were warmly welcomed by Mustaf, the hotel Manager. After a long journey we were made to feel at home and Mustaf was a star and very kindly upgraded us to a suite with a huge terrace overlooking the sea. The room was fantastic and very spacious. We wished we could have... More

We were touring Brittany by car and hadn't pre-booked this hotel, so we were very pleased with the room. It was spacious, very clean and modern with a fabulous view of the sea. We had a large, but narrow balcony which we didn't use because it looked over the public outdoor areas of the hotel. The restaurant overlooked the sea,... More

The staff were as pleasant and as helpful as one would wish. The hotel is quiet and restful. The restaurant is mostly seafood as one would expect in Brittany. But the menu does not change so after a week can be restrictive.

The restaurant and hotel have a perfect location over looking the sea, but the meal was very disappointing. We chose the 22€ menu, which is far more expensive than other restaurants in the area, but have to pay for the view. The starter was tiny, the main dish two small pieces of meat (pork) on a bed of mashed potato,... More

Best service in this price bracket we had to date. We were welcomed by Hotelier Mustafa who was really helpful. Free drinks because our room wasn't ready yet. We've booked the Junior Suite but got an upgrade to Suite Navy because of the wait. The suite itself was so good we booked it the following day as well.

Stunning location. Unfortunately the food did not live up to expectations and was overpriced for the quality of food provided. Although some of the staff were very pleasant, others were rude and inattentive. Our plates were only cleared after about 45 minutes, by which time there were several flies constantly buzzing around us. We were seated by a lovely large... More
