A lovely little hotel situated just on the outskirts of Dinard. All of the staff are charming and very helpful and friendly. The rooms are beautifully furnished and clean and above all very comfortable. The hotel is within easy walking distance ( 8-10 minutes ) of the centre of Dinard and beach front. Parking was not available at the time of our visit but there are plenty of on road parking spaces just in front of the hotel, avoid Saturday mornings as it is market day and parking very hard to find ! Breakfast is available. Very good value for money. Highly recommended.

Lovely traditional hotel with friendly and helpful host. Bed was comfortable and room clean. The location is excellent and close to the centre of the town. Street parking was no problem. The breakfast was outstanding with home made jams and yogurts along with a selection of breads and Continental style foods. Perfect place for an overnight to catch the St Malo ferry the next day (20 minutes away).

The hotel is run by a family and I felt like a guest not like a customer.
The room had big king-size bed with good sound proof no refrigerator inside.
The food is delicious and each dinner was different.
The hotel has a few parking spots, but there is plenty of parking space outside.
The beach is just ten minutes away by foot.

I was on a 5-day business trip to Dinard and chose this hotel based on a recommendation from the local company I visited. What a pleasant surprise! This is the most friendly staff I've had the chance to meet in years. They were always helpful and attentive to needs. On top of this, a comfortable room, an excellent buffet breakfast and a handy location. Highly recommendable.

My partner and I stayed for a night. Gorgeous gem on the outskirts of Dinard. 20 min walk to centre. A little cafe bar next door. Staff friendly and helpful. Room spotless, bathroom very clean. . Check in quick. Parked opposite hotel for free. Would recommend.

We went out of season since we didn't want ro drive in possibly inclement weather in the dark and it was handy for the airport.
The reception was quick, friendly and chatty. We chose to pay an extra 10 euros for the ground floor (heavy suitcases). The room was good, clean, comfortable and with a huge bed.
Room 10 looks onto the road where we parhed the car. There is limited space at the back of the hotel.Five miniutes stroll down the road takes you to main square and the beaches.
We had bre"akfast there which had a good variety. Thoroughly recommended. We shall go again soon for a week-end break.
It's opposite the old railway station - soon to be a new mediateque.

So after a very stressful day having forgot my credit cards! I arrived to a really friendly welcome at Hotel Les Alizes. Immediately feeling de-stressed and that my choice of hotel was a perfect one. The lady that greeted me (sorry I didn't take her name, very bad of me) calling me the "Lonesome Cowboy" due to getting there much later than planned. The room was adequate, quiet and with the blind shut, nicely darkened and free from outside noise. I hate reviewing beds as I never sleep well without my lady beside me, but it was comfortable enough and I slept reasonably well. The loo and shower did the job, but the breakfast was the best thing, with plenty of breads, croissants, cereals, yogurts, meats and cheeses, various juices and hot drinks, plus another really friendly morning welcome and endless help with organizing my return trip to Rennes airport. My trip was for business but as a couple of day stop over, whilst viewing the beautiful area around Dinard, this would be a great value for money, really friendly place to choose.

This is the third time we have used this hotel. It is very clean and comfortable and very competitively priced - even at the height of summer (July 2013) . It is located in a quiet neighbourhood and less than 10 minutes walk to the town centre and main beach. The family who run the hotel are delightful people, The only point to note is that there is no elevator so you need to be happy about carrying your cases up one or two flights of stairs.

We visited Dinard for two nights as a family of four in September 2011. The family who run this are wonderful, they speak English really well but allowed us to use our French as much as we could. They were very helpful with questions about how to get to places and the hotel was clean, quiet and very comfortable. We had a joining room for our children, a set of bunk beds that of course they loved. I would definitely return to stay here and would recommend it to anyone. It's in walking distance to restaurants and all attractions in Dinard.
