Having stayed here before and found the location staff and room perfect for a night seemed ideal to book again for my 3rd visit to St Malo. Given room number 4 (accessible room) on ground floor. To get to the room you walk through the breakfast area through a door to a corridor with the room door and PUBLIC toilet... More

The hotel is a perfect location for exploring this gorges old town. It is within walking distance of a whole range of shops, cafes, bars & restaurants. W also managed to get parking within the perimeter walls & very close to the hotel. Our room had sea views & stunning sunrises over the distant harbour. Our only complaint is in... More

nestled inside the old wall of he city, this hotel is great. I love their design and uniqueness. You are in the middle of the old city. with plenty of restaurants, creperies, and bar. Walking distance from the water front with its iconic truncks forest.

This hotel is right next to the historic ramparts. If you stay on the top floor, you can see over the wall and view the lovely sailboats and beautiful sunrise. The rooms are so clean and the beds were comfortable.

( reception did give us an electric fan but too small to effective). Very noisy due to late night and early morning revellers and traffic. We stayed six nights and... More

A well-placed, practical hotel within the city walls. We came very much at the last minute and were kindly recieved on the telephone while asking whether we could reserve a room. We were warmly welcomed and told all that we needed to know. The receptionist, who looked after us was called Nicolas and he was brilliant, giving us, among other... More

Stayed here overnight for the first time. Reception very unfriendly not very inviting . Tiny room in attic, shape of room made it very difficult especially when getting up through night to go to toilet, sloping ceiling , nowhere at all to hang clothes , nicest part was large size bathroom, smallest lift I have ever seen tightest squeeze ever... It was Ok and it was good value for money. The fact that there was no lift, should be clear when booking as we had to carry a lot of luggage up 3 small flights of stairs. Breakfast was Ok and the trendiness of downstairs was really cool. The LOCATION is the absolute best thing about this hotel. Somehow iIhad... More

I recently stayed here for 2 nights as a solo female traveller and would highly recommend this hotel. The location is excellent - it's approximately a 10 -15 minute walk from the ferry terminal and about a 20 walk to the train station so ideal for people only here for a few days. The hotel is located inside the walls... More
