A stone's throw from the Palace of the Dukes of Burgundy, nestling in the heart of the historical centre of Dijon, Hotel Philippe Le Bon and its restaurant La Closerie, are made up of three majestic town houses dating from the 15th and 17h centuries. With its shaded patio, its listed Gothic courtyard and its several historical caveaux, you will appreciate this timeless place which then becomes a point of convergence of modernity and refinement on one hand, and of charm, authenticity and of French art de vivre, on the other.

The room and bathroom size is as per the European standard. We had no issues with Wi-Fi or street noise. The hotel is walking distance to almost anywhere in Dijon. We had breakfast and dinner at the restaurant and both were great :-)

Whilst this is supposed to be a four star hotel, there are a lot of reasons why I really would not recommend this place. The rooms are quite small and in need of some redecoration. The door made a loud creaking sound. The curtains didn’t close fully. The seat on the toilet was

Dear Guest, Thank you for the time you had for a comment on your recent stay. We are starting a important period of renovation begining of january because your opinion is important for us and we want to offer the best moment for our guest. Next time do not hesitate to come and see us at the front desk, we would have changed to another room with pleasure. Regarding our limited number of parking spaces, our guest have defenitely the choice to park in our property or at the public parking. If you are travelling in our region soon, we would be pleased to welcome you again. We take the opportunity to wish you a very happy nex year ! François HAU

GPS helped us find the hotel. The hotel had a good park garage. The room was pretty large by Europe standards. Bed and Bath were Clean. And Buffet Breakfast (well we were late) was just a little picked over. But it was still very nice.

Is there parking on site?
Dear Ms. Bennett, Thank you for your interest in Maison Philippe le Bon and your question related to parking options. While our hotel does not have private parking facilities, parking is available at the public parking garage 'Sainte Anne' right in front of the hotel. Access cards for parking 'Sainte Anne' can be obtained at our Front Desk prior to entering the parking while maling use of our 'minute parking' on the street, or directly at the entrance of the parking garage itself. Daily rates at parking 'Sainte Anne' are amongst the most economical in the center of Dijon. We trust to have answered your question and look forward to receiving you here at Maison Philippe le Bon. Cordially?
