On arrival the staff were very friendly. However when we got to our room we found it to be filthy dirty and in a poor state of repair. There were items on the floor which definitely didn't belong to us and so it can't have been hoovered before we arrived. When we complained we were told to wait in reception whilst they cleaned it. No apology was offered. Definitely would pay a few extra euro and find a nicer hotel next time.

The hotel needs total refurb by professionals. It has seen some new paint, and other things like air cond, but terrible workmanship. The bathroom was unuseable, smelt like dog poo. Dodgy stains on bed covers, broken window handle, broken toilet lock, balcony littered with fag ends.

I think every room in this hotel has a little failure here and there. Ours had a window that did not close properly. But the room itself was quiet large and clean too! Four large beds and a bathroom. One little inconvenient thing was that there was no shower curtain. So if you take a shower the toilet got wet. But all in all, the room was okay for a one night stay. Better than Balladins Marsannay! The restaurant is runned by a Chinese family. The food was super! The kids loved the pizza and lasagne. We took the Wok Noodles dish. It was actually pretty good. There's a small pool, just big enough for kids to spend a few hours. Breakfast was okay too. Going to keep this one for 2021 ;-)

We booked this hotel as stop on our way back to the Netherlands. The location is quiet and located in a what feels an industrial area. There was enough free parking space available and we also enjoyed the quick dip in the pool after a long day in the car. Since it was already dinnertime we were the only guests in the pool while people were having dinner at the terrace near the pool. The water was cold but ok. One of the corners of the pool was broken which was one of the signs of being dated. The reception handled the reservation quickly and we got our room key quickly. The elevator is quite slow and some paint damages shows it is dated. The room was large enough for us 3 for one night. The beds were soft but also old and you lie down in a pit. Clean sheets. In the room we found only one power outlet and that causes difficulties if you have to charge multiple devices. We were lucky we brought a power extension cord/block. Bathroom was ok, shower in a bathtub. Toilet paper located a bit weird compared to where you sit. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant. We had 3 meals with meat, two glasses of red wine, a carpaccio with a lot of pesto and some vegetables for 66 euro. The meat was quite fat and the frites got quickly cold. So in the end; it was a good hotel for one night. We paid 71 euro for the stay. Room was quiet, we could sleep well.

This was my second visit on my way thro France between Italy and the UK. I love France and I love exploring so I wanted to try the Dijon mustard! This small family run hotel is very close to the motorway and has a large restaurant so it means that when I arrive (very tired) I can park up and eat, and then rest. This place is not for everyone cos the "family run" is a Chinese group of at least 2 families I think and the food that I love is Chinese, so they have a wonderful Wok dish on the menu which is Chinese noodles with chicken and is sooooo tasty!!! I LOVE this place and these people, the rooms are simple and nothing flash but the wifi works well and the sleep quality is great, very quiet cos this hotel is on an industrial estate. Perfect stop over.

As a family of 5 we had a large quint room and it was clean and comfortable, we knew it was inexpensive and therefore was unsure what it would be like but the parking was ideal, staff were attentive and food in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast were both good for adults and children. I would recommend if you’re trying to find somewhere quiet off the motorway and easy.

On route to the South we stopped over here, our first night in France we had high expectations. We started with a meal, I had the salmon with chips and a side salad it was cooked well but lacked any flavour. Kids had a pizza each which was huge, it was too cheesy for one of them! Husband also had fish, again it was ok. Unfortunately he was plagued with flies attacking his beer. This happened on 3 occasions. Sadly the waiter kept giving him the same glass!!!!! This was infuriating! Flies are not ok around food or drink. Pudding for me was a creme brûlée which was nice enough. Room was spacious and the beds were very comfy but only 1 pillow each which let it down. The toilet door was troublesome and had no lock. Toilet paper was of appalling quality and hardly any left on the roll!! There was an enormous balcony outside our room with vast views of the motorways and industrial park including other hotels. We slept well until we were woken by a huge gathering of drunken people on the grass outside the neighbouring hotel at 2-4am. They were very loud and were clearly partying hard! Not great when you are exhausted and need sleep. It was hopefully a one off. Breakfast was continental and a family had their well behaved dog with them however I wasn’t expecting to share my time with one! I doubt I will ever return here again.

We arrived here after a seven hour journey from Lake Garda expecting a relaxing evening before setting off the next day for the ferry port at Zeebrugge. What a disappointment - the room, which we were asked to pay for on arrival along with the cost of breakfast if we wanted it, was tatty and small - the bathroom was like something out of a Hitchcock movie!! However we thought the restaurant would be good for the evening meal. Wrong, probably the worst meal I've ever had in 30+ years of travelling through France. I had "fillet of duck" served with chips!! I have a decent pair of brogues with softer soles than the duck breast and the chips were frozen and so greasy I only ate 2 and still felt the heart straining from the fat! Breakfast the following morning all tasted of stale garlic - including a fruit salad. The only plus point was clean bed linen and a comfortable bed.

Well I suppose I should have read the reviews first, hotel is tired and in need of a major facelift. The rooms could also benefit from a refit. Had dinner here and I would say it was probably the most expensive we have had during the whole trip , and the worst too. Cant recommend staying here, so pay bit more and stay elsewhere.
