Just perfect, there's no other way to describe this incredible B&B in Amboise. And my room was very spacious, with all the amenities you could desire, it overlooked the Loire. It is located near everything you need, but in a quiet residential area. The hosts Tim and Carolyn could not be more gracious, along with their very friendly cat Bob....

Tim and Carolyn are terrific hosts. They will take the time to have a conversation as well as make recommendations. Breakfast was excellent. Our room had a great view of the Loire, floor to ceiling windows, extra sitting room, nice bathroom. Very spacious. Comfortable bed. Parking on the street or across the street in the free lot was never a...

This was our third trip to the Loire and I can't imagine a more perfect location that Amboise or a more perfect place to stay than Les Fleurons. The home is impeccable. It is spotless, charming, and spacious. The details in this former library are extraordinary and it is obvious that thought and care went into every decision in the...

While Charles VII and Marie of Anjou may have held court in splendor from their chateau perched high above Amboise, propriétaires Carolyn and Tim reign supreme at Les Fleurons--a former library built c. 1630--by offering all their guests the royal treatment. This inviting B & B is dripping in charm and ambience and is the perfect retreat for visitors exploring...

We stayed here for three nights in the beautiful Kings Room which has a lovely view of the Loire. The bed is one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in. Breakfast was delicious and Tim & Carolyn were interesting and extremely friendly hosts. Cannot recommend highly enough. Make sure you visit Chateau Amboise & Clos Luce which are on...

My daughter & I went to France last summer & chose Les Fleurons based on the reviews. I waited too long to book a chateau tour & thru emails Tim asked me if I had booked a tour yet because the tours were getting booked up. Sure enough, the one I was planning on was full, so Tim found one...

You can tell we loved Les Fleurons! I really don't believe you can do better. It is a beautiful townhouse with enclosed front courtyard. First location--only 2 blocks off the river, right behind the chateau ( which was just outside our bedroom window-- and the other two bedrooms for our group of 3 couples had river views.) The rooms are...

From arrival to departure, probably the nicest place to stay in Amboise. You feel welcome from the first moment on. Enjoy the luxury you would expect from one of the many chateaux in the neighbourhood. Looking for tips and suggestions on 'what to do'... just ask your hosts.

Well, what a lovely place to stay. Situated under the walls of the chateau this is perfect for all the amenities Amboise has to offer. It seems insulting to call les fleurons a b&b. It is more like a luxury boutique hotel. Tim and Carolyn are gracious hosts and our room was superb. The breakfasts are spectacular, and include Carolyn's...
