I'd agree with the previous posts that this site is really well maintained and provides excellent facilities. Well located just outside the pretty village of Cande-sur-Beuvron and in easy driving distance from Blois.

We loved this site. We visited in September, at the end of the season, with a touring caravan on a Grand Confort (fully serviced) pitch. It's really quite hard to find a criticism. The pitches are spacious, well-shaded, and reasonably private with shrubs and trees between them. Access is easy, and the pitches are flat, so little if any need...

Very pleasant site, plenty of facilities (which we didn't need to use, as we were in our caravan). The restaurant was good quality and really quite good value. We unfortunately had quite rainy weather most of the time we were there, so recommend you don't park right under the trees!

5 star camping?!! Never been to one before and wasn't even aware that they existed. We had spent some time in 2 and occasionally 3 star, mainly municipal, sites throughout France and decided to end on a luxurious note for 3 days. The lady on reception was exceptionally friendly and seemed as though nothing would be too much trouble and...

For us this was a very good campsite. The weather was in the mid 30's and our pitch had lots of shade. The swimming complex of pool, slides and other water features were excellent. We only used a couple of the animation activities but these were also very good, with the staff being enthusiastic and very welcoming to non French...

Stayed for 4 having originally only booked for 2) nights in our Motor Home. Lovely campsite - ideal location for walks along the Loire. Large pictches, lots of 'things' going on in bar area. Pool and resaurant excellant (although the draft Leffe was a bit expensive !). Showers, loos etc plentiful and all clean and looked after well. We were...

We took a Mobile home at very short notice so we had no choice! It was one of their smaller homes (16 sq metres) which I was a bit cautious of - but it was impressive what can be accommodated and it was all very clean and tidy. Nice deck and on the edge of the site, so very quiet...

Awesome site with great facilities for families. The pools are great and the local towns of Amboise and Blois are beautiful. The toilets and showers are clean and we'll kept. Recommended for families but also good for couples or even single travellers.

Nice campsite, great facilities for kids to play however some improvements needed in the shower blocks for young families. For example, a baby change or family shower in every block. Better lighting in the shower and toilet areas as well.

We had a motor home and the pitch was huge. Lovely area, great cycle paths, excellent pool and facilities for kids. Showers and wash rooms were clean and water lovely and hot. Wish we had stayed longer than the three short nights we had here.
