Okay - so it was cheap! We were taking our holiday of a lifetime - a tour through France and Italy, with a variety of B&B's - so we chose cheap ones while getting down to Sorges, where our in-depth explorations would start. However, we WISH we'd not paid extra for 'breakfast' - it was uneatable, and the coffee had...

Car broke down and the rescue company put us in here for a night - Car was going to be a few days as it was Bastille Day/Long weekend and no one to look at it. The hotel is near the motorway and has no transport links. It was OK till 10:30 a.m. when the Manager told us we had to...

Advertised as B&B Hotel. Typical French rubbish. IT ISNT A B&B WHATSOEVER. B&B stands for Bed and Breakfast. But that isnt what you get here as you have to pay extra for Breakfast which isnt worth paying for. The rooms are TINY you have to walk sideways to get between the bed and the wall. The rooms are also very...

Man at Reception did his job when I arrived. Room adequate, clean but basic. Good location off motorway and full of people travelling with their dogs. Breakfast disappointing but enough to start my day. A bit noisy late at night when some people obviously didn't know how to talk quietly

This accommodation was easy to find. The room had air conditioning, which was good, but the room was smaller than any of the others that we have had when staying in a B & B Hotel. The breakfast area was tiny and when we arrived for our prepaid breakfast at 7:45 all of the tables were full and there were...

Over the road from places which were full and charging much more, especially Ibis Styles Hotel, which, although advertised at about 60Euros per night would have been 109Euros 'because it is a busy weekend and you are not booked,' (delivered with Gallic nonchalance). The B&B Hotel had pleasant and welcoming staff, the room was clean and comfortable. The shower was...

Very easy to find right by the motorway (before that puts you off French Motorways are a lot quieter than the M1 or M25). A very pleasant lady welcomed us and with her good English and our poor French check in was completed in a few minutes. The room was basic, which for a night stop is all we required....

After visiting the Chateau de Chenonceau we stayed here because we were next to the motorway we needed for our travel to Narbonne and it had restaurants nearby. The hotel reception were very good, the 3 rooms we had were all clean, comfy beds, decent breakfast for the money, safe parking. We all slept well considering busy roads nearby.

There are two adjacent B&B hotels with excellent access to the autoroute. Easy to find, efficient check-in. B&B 1 was clean and well kept (other one looked very similar). Nice room with better bathroom that some hotels in this price range. Short walk (over rough borders of a roundabout) to a complex of restaurants. Our current favourite is the CourtPaille...

Four of us stayed here for one night on our way South. We booked a family room and breakfast and generally got what we wanted & expected. The room was very clean and tidy - nice crisp sheets on the beds. The singles were bunks and that gave us enough space. The shower was very clean and worked well. We...
