It was a cheap option. basics. Stay somewhere else if you want any kind of front desk presence or normal hotel activity. It was more like a forgotten converted business building that was almost uninhabited.

The hotel may not look much from the outside, but rooms very good value and well maintained, plus the staff extremely helpful. Only a short walk from central Orleans as well. Very close to Orleans station also.

Spent one night here visiting Orleans with my partner. The on-site parking was a real bonus, which meant we could walk around the city and enjoy the sites. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and spoke excellent English. The room was immaculate and the bathroom excellent, but with no window or extractor fan, which was its only minus. The...

Excellent reception staff who spoke good English and were extremely helpful. A good place for cave parking in a city that has too little room for cars. Parking was under the hotel and easy assessable although expensive. The other aspects of the hotel decor, furnishings etc were as expected from a hotel of this clas.

We stopped here on the way back from Spain - fantastic location and Orleans is a beautiful city and well worth a visit on its own. The hotel is ideally placed - 5 mins walk from Cathedral etc. Only complaint about room is that because of lack of air-con the night was very unpleasant due to the humid weather. Other...

The room was well-sized, very quiet and recently renovated. The Italian shower was fabulous. Our bed was comfortable. The hotel is very close to the centre so you don't need your car anymore! The cathedral is just a 5 minute walk. Very good breakfast. We will definitely stay there again.

Stopping over en route to Spain, we had a very friendly English speaking receptionist who was very helpful. Lift to the upper floors, pleasant rooms with plenty of plugs for charging all those gadgets everyone needs (!). Parking under the hotel if you DON'T HAVE A TOP BOX LIKE US! But side street no problem. Room at the back very...

Brilliant little hotel near Orleans centre. Good underground parking, fantastic service - so helpful and friendly, really big, bright family room for 5, which was spotless with a large bathroom. Couldn't fault it for a stop over between the Dordogne and Paris.

We stayed here comfortably on our way into the Lot Valley. We were able to keep our family together, which was a bonus. The hotel is more of a 'motel' although there is a restaurant to serve breakfast on the first floor. The room was comfortable (with memory foam beds and bunks) and the bathroom was clean and with good...

stopped over on way back from South of France! Easy check in, room was spacious and clean but soooooo hot! Really helpful reception staff gave us a map of the town and we were able to get to the centre in 5 mins. Would be hard to find without satnav. Breakfast ok.. Would stay again if it was cooler!!!

“All the rooms are above second floor level but as it is in a quiet corner of the Place Gambetta anyway and rooms are double glazed I don't expect any rooms are noisy. We were on 4th floor and there was no noise at all. Lift access to all floors and garage from the Reception area.”
