Had amazing experience. From the moment you arrive you feel like you'll have a memorable experience. The service is superb. Welcome champagne was a welcome surprise after a long drive. The room was beautiful and plush, and the view from the balcony over the rear gardens gorgeous. Dinner was excellent and the wine / champagne list something to behold. The...

I spent my birthday like a duchess at Chateau Les Crayeres. It's a beautiful hotel with gorgeous rooms and a Michelin rated restaurant. Food and Champagne was perfect. Service is very professional. Bed was really comfy. The grounds are really green and private. Had a wonderful stay!

We booked into Chateau Les Crayeres having broken down on our way to the Alps. Our frustration of being stuck in Reims and not skiing was made up for by what I can only say was probably the best and most obliging and attentive service that I have experienced. The food was truly exceptional. Going above and beyond they helped...

Food is sublime, whether you dine in the fine dining or the brasserie. Even breakfast in the room is exquisite. The level of details is simply staggering. Service is friendly and professional. Each room decored individually with discreet sophistication and great taste. Overall, a very special luxury experience. Oh, and the wine list is to die for!

I try to stay here every time I come to France. There are not many rooms (it is the old Pommery champagne family home) and most people come just for the restaurant so it is important to book in advance. The staff are amazing and my last trip there I checked out and drove about an hour down the road...

High maintenance in a Chateau like this! Most of the staff speak fluent English. Attentive room cleaning. Professional service. Spectacular landscape. Just about 1.5 - 2 km away from the 'centre ville' and just 5 minutes walk away from Chateau Vranken Pommery - a champagne chateau must not be missed.

This truly an unbelievable place. It's expensive but worth every bit. The room we stayed in was beautiful. The restaurant, like the hotel is five stars. The nearby adjunct Restarurant where we ate the first night - first class. The staff is warm, friendly and certainly not snotty. They make you feel like family. They have parking for your auto....

I can't say enough about the level of service and personal attention we received on our recent stay at Chateau Les Crayeres. The rooms are classic yet with modern amenities and design. We stayed in Room #20 and it was a dream. The grounds are also stunning and peaceful. Don't miss a drink at the bar or dinner at either...
