First the good part - the location. Well it's good and bad. It's opposite Gare L Est bus and metro station so it's noisy. Keep the windows closed you say if it's noisy? Almost impossible to do as the smell of cigarette smoke is overpowering. It literally smelt as if someone was chain smoking in the same room as me,...

We were a group of 4 who decided to book the Quadruple room in this hotel via booking.com .. We then decided we would book 2 rooms to give each other abit of breathing space. Upon arriving at the hotel we paid for the extra room and proceeded to take the luggage upstairs only to be told the lift stops...

The rooms are tiny. Hardly any room to move about and with the room being double bed we were only given 1 towel. The male assistant made me feel uncomfortable, tried hitting on me. I'm 18 and he's married. Being on a holiday without my parents this made me feel very untrusting of him and didn't feel secure in my...

These comments that are since late 2015 are out of date. We booked a room there in July 2016 for 4 persons. We were in France for the Football match France - Iceland and we just needed a room to sleep and shower. New owners took over early this year they told us when I panicked over the comments here...

The customer service is appalling. BED BUGS gave me severe allergic reactions. I was moved to 2 rooms and got bitten in both! Management offered no remorse despite seeing my condition and swelling on my face. On my request would only offer a 25% refund for a night's stay and wanted to "see proof" of alleged bed bugs. I was...

This place was horrific - I understand it may have been due to be 'improved'. It was a late booking for a last minute business trip to Paris. I think my colleagues and I got the last two rooms which were at the top of the building accessed only by a multi floor steep and narrow spiralling staircase. The rooms...
