I typically dont stay at Marriotts bc I am usually disatisfied, but i was pleasantly suprised at this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly, always addressed me by my name, the hotel is in a great location, its nicely decorated, and the food was good. I accidentally upgraded us to suite and it was awesome. The rooms were really clean...

3 day trip to Paris made even better with a stay at the Renaissaince. On arriving and throughout our stay the staff could not have been any better. Rooms standard fair for Marriott chain, beds are superb. Loved the little 'gifts of Paris' everyday when room cleaned, my 5 yr old daughter couldnt wait to get back to see what...

We arrived early morning on an over seas flight knowing that the hotel was full the night before and expected to check the bags and return later. The receptionist graciously took us to the breakfast area, provided coffee and a place to relax and said she would return soon. She returned a short time later and said they were preparing...

Quick points. This hotel is very close to the arc de triomphe. 5 minute walk and close to the "metro" where you can access most of the city fairly easily through a very easy to understand subway system. It is also close to Champ elysee where you can shop at lots of stores. It isn't quite "central" per se. it...

Was dissapointed. Very low wi-fi speed, no bathtub, only shower, the staff freindly, but in the restorant you'll have to remind your order at list twice, though before it was made in French, andthan repeated in English. Good location and cociere service, disliked the interiors. TERRIBLE coffee, no difference, ordered, or made by machine in the room.

We were only spending 1 night in Paris, so location was important. A short walk from the metro and RER A made it perfect. The room was of a very good standard. We had a room at the front looking out over the street. The street noise was blocked out by the efficient double glazing. The bar had a great...

Great staff and location. Whether you are new or experienced traveler to Paris, this is a good hotel for you if you are open to good suggestions for places to eat and things to do. Friendly English speaking staff happy to please. Restaurants were all hits. Cafe Lorraine, Tetuliar du Marche, and Del Pappa were excellent. Xavier and Remi were...

I just checked into the Renaissance Arc de Triomphe in Paris. I am at one of the highest level of Ritz Carlton membership (their sister brand) that is supposed to give you an automatic upgrade (if available) or comparable amenity if not. They said all rooms were booked because it's high season. I said high season in Paris is not...

We stayed in Paris for a week and the last time I was here as a child the people were not very kind in Paris. This trip was certainly different with the people who bent over backwards to help us at the hotel. The staff was great and always helpful by either dispensing friendly advice or by helping out when...

What a treat! The hotel is a great location, just few minutes walking from Arc de Triomphe. The front of the hotel is beatuiful and windowns from the bedroom are fabulous allowing a lot of natural light coming in. Ask for a room in the higher floors. I believe is one the hotels where I had the best sleep outside...
