The hotel was good and the breakfast was perfect, enough choice. It’s also good that you can park your car in the garage of the hotel. If you want to eat dinner at the restaurant, we do not recommend that. The staff who was working that evening was bad.

The person who served us was not used to working in the hospitality industry. And therefore made a lot of mistakes like spilling a pepper barrel over me. In addition, at the end of the bill we were also surprised. We asked if their menu could also be eaten in the evening for the price that was on the menu. We asked her 3 times, both in English and French. And she confirmed that we could eat this for that price, but when we got the bill we had to pay everything so not the menu price. After bringing this up at the reception the hotel did nothing about it. A mistake by their staff that they didn't want to admit, a very unfortunate experience for us. Next time we will think about booking with this hotel chain, because if they listen to their guests in this way, this says more than enough.

A good value hotel. Yes it's off the beaten track, but that's why it is good value. Ive read some of the other reviews and the road at some points in the day had rubbish on it but that appeared to be due to markets that take place throughout the week. The nearest metro isn't far and if you like walking it is fine. The hotel was spotlessly clean, comfortable and the roof top bar for breakfast and an evening drink was really special. I found the staff to be very friendly and accommodating. There was a good choice for breakfast and at €12 each it was really good value. At busy times they ran a little bit short of items. The only minor issue for us was that the room was quite hot but it was too noisy with the window open due to the main road. With the window shut, the hotel was beautifully quiet.

When you approach this hotel you will probably think where the hell am i staying! Crowds of people around the hotel. They seem to have a flea market on every day with 100’s of people hanging around, clothes & stuff all just on the floor!

The hotel is lovely & modern. All the staff were really helpful & friendly & the 8th floor rooftop bar feels like you aren’t in the area that you first see.

Rooms are a little small but nice & clean & everything you need for a city break. It is a shame the area does look really scruffy when the market is on. I would recommend getting Ubers if you are in a small group. We never paid anymore than €23 for one. We came home one evening after midnight and the streets were quiet & all the clothes had been cleared & when we got picked up at 7:30am it was the same.

It states the hotel is in Monmatre, it is about 30 minute walk to the centre though.

I had a lovely 3 day trip & didn’t have any issues at all.

My partner and I stayed here last February when we went to Paris to see Madonna. Getting to the hotel from Charles de Gaulle was relatively easy as it only took a train and a short journey on the metro from Gare du Nord train station. When we got there we were lucky to be able to check in early as we got to the hotel quite early. Check in was nice and quick. The room was on the smaller side but we didn’t mind this as we would have spent the majority of the time out and about anyway. The cleanliness of the room and the attention to detail was pretty good; free bottled water every day as well as your usual tea and coffee, and toiletries. The staff at reception were nice and welcoming and went the extra mile for us on the day of the show as we needed to print the tickets; we asked the receptionist at the time if he could do this for us and after a bit of battling with the printer he came looking for us with the tickets as well as a drinks voucher as an apology for the time taken to get the matter sorted. The facilities at the hotel were great too although we didn’t get to enjoy the breakfast buffet or the restaurant next to reception due to the lack of vegan options. Nevertheless the rooftop bar was beautifully decorated and offered amazing views overlooking the Montmartre area. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is appreciative of interior design and is looking for a nice weekend in Paris.

Stayed for one night here as part of a tour group. The hotel itself is a bit far from the city centre, but not too much of an inconvenience. The hotel seems newly constructed, and well-decorated with a modern aesthetic. We had a three-course dinner at the nicely designed hotel restaurant on one of the top floors of the hotel; it was quite tasty. Breakfast was great too, lots of selection for food items, cereal, croissants, yogurts, meats, teas, coffee, etc. Our family had a corner suite, the living room was large, and the bedroom was cozy and had a shower and sink, while the toilet had its own separate room. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and helped make everyone feel welcome. Would recommend.

We had a short mini break in this hotel from 3 to 6 August 2020 and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel building itself is strikingly modern and although the hotel's location is not in the most attractive part of Paris, it is so close to some of the most beautiful and famous Paris sights like the Sacre Coeur and the Moulin Rouge and by metro you are very quickly wherever you want to be in Paris. We loved the hotel, the interior decor is classy and original and the rooms are immaculate. The reception staff and all staff in fact, were so friendly and helpful and really went out of their way to advise us on local restaurants and getting around. The highlight for us was having breakfast in the sun at the rooftop restaurant which has a 360 panoramic view of Paris and a very spacious outside terrace. The breakfast was simple but traditionally French with the tiny mini chocolate madeleines ( famous almond flavoured sponge cakes) being the highlight for me! We would stay again at this hotel.

I booked through LoveHolidays and was not disappointed. It is the perfect location if you're not concerned about being in the center of Paris and trying to find something reasonably priced.

You can get to the main attractions of Paris for an average of €12-€15, approx. 20 min Uber journey or by foot about a 40 min walk which is nice in the summer. The hotel is very modern and clean, the staff were very friendly, on arrival they informed me about city tax and asked for a deposit for each night's stay, which I was apprehensive about however, I did get the money back when checking out.

The room had great AC, a lovely huge TV, and a very comfortable bed. They had a decent breakfast spread where you are able to enjoy the view on their rooftop! We visited the rooftop during the evening as we watched the sun go down, you can see Sacré Coeur and the Eiffel Tower in the distance which we weren't expecting! Highly recommend this hotel!

The staff were lovely but the hotel did not meet our expectations. It was too far from the city centre. The toilet in our room was not clean, specifically the underside of the seat had not been cleaned properly. There were no chairs in the minimal sized room apart from wardrobe hangers, (not in a wardrobe), so there was nothing to place clothes on. There were no bedside tables, so nowhere to put mobile, glass of water, alarm clock or book, etc. No table or desk to sit at or place laptops/phones for charging. The room was very stuffy, the window could not be opened. This was classed by the hotel as a 'premier' room. The breakfast area is far too small for the number of guests the hotel can accommodate. Breakfast was a real crush and was very congested. It was very difficult to move around to visit the various food stations with a lot of waiting around to allow people to pass. It was a very unpleasant experience. Staff were barely able to replenish the food it was so busy. Breakfast was not included with our room which I felt was a little mean considering the room was over £200/night and had to be paid for separately.

First of all I’d like to start with the area of the hotel, I have never experienced anything like it. There was groups/gangs of people outside the hotel at night selling god knows what to each other (this should have been dealt with) but apparently from reading the reviews this is the norm for this area, As two young females travelling alone this was very frightening and intimidating for us! The emergency sirens were going off every ten minutes so this tells you what sort of area this is.

The location isn’t great either as it was €35 euros to get into the centre of Paris where all the main attractions are. €50 to get from the airport to the hotel! (This isn’t the hotels fault but I just thought people would appreciate knowing this).

Due to the area the hotel was in and how unsafe we felt we decided to leave a day earlier than planned (payed €150 to get home) some would say it’s a waste of money but our safety is worth any price. When checking out and explaining to the staff the situation several times we got rude remarks in return and a staff member following us outside as they didn’t understand why we were leaving early (we did explain this inside). I’m not saying all the reception staff were unpleasant but there was a few which were very abrupt with us on a few occasions.

The hotel didn’t meet our expectations what so ever. The photos of the rooms online are far from what they are in real life! you can barely move around in the room and are always trumping on top of each other due to how small the rooms are. We left the do not disturb sign on the door while we went out to sightsee and came back to the room being cleaned which we didn’t want hence why we left the sign on the door. On the day we were leaving we also had the do not disturb sign on the door as we were getting ready, but 3 times staff members knocked on the door and tried to get access to the room.

The only good thing about this hotel was the restaurant, the food was lovely and the staff members within there were very pleasant and welcoming.

Let’s just say this was on the worst experiences I have had at a hotel, therefor I don’t recommend what so ever if your planning on visiting Paris. Sorry…

So I recently stayed at this hotel and as lovely as it looked online and once you arrive it’s not all that.
Don’t get me wrong the first couple of nights I didn’t have any issues (as I was mainly outside) but on the 3rd after the maid cleaned the room as well as changed the bed sheets, the both of us began to get extremely itchy and then we began to develop what looked like bed bugs.
I immediately panicked so began checking the bedding as well as all my clothes but found nothing.
I did my research to find out they are so small and well hidden i probably won’t find anything.
So asked the maid to change the bedding and hoped for the best.
So that night (my final night) I slept fully clothed on top of the sheets. (I know I should have complained but my anxiety was too bad)
The last day I then woke up to this (picture attached) more bites covered all over me. Call me stupid but this screams bed bugs!!
Of course I assume the hotel have no idea about the bugs but it is there duty to keep all their customers in a clean safe environment and not this.
I am now on my flight home worrying that the buggers are in my luggage with me. So a full disinfecting of everything it is for me tonight. I am flying to Lanzarote next week also so will now be self conscious in a bikini covered in these bites!

Nether the less I cannot comment on anything else such as the food etc, roof top bar as I didn’t use any of them.

I will warn you though of the poor neighbourhood the hotel is located in, full of homeless people and a lot who clearly cannot speak English. It was terrifying for a young girl like me to walk through everyday. They also charged us a £50 per night damage deposit which I was not told before arrival.

So yeah overall will not be returning

Surely I should get some sort of money back or if that a FULL REFUND😫😫😭😭🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢
