This hotel is an absolute dive!!! Stay well away. My husband took me to Paris for my birthday weekend. He had thought he booked the hotel in the montmarte area....oh how wrong was he!! Same name so beware and check what you are booking. Bedding was grubby looking.....we lay on top and towels had stains on them. There was a...

Pictures of hotel rooms do not much reality. Wall paint was fooling off, dress-board broken. Dosnt have cattle to make your morning coffee, which should be in hotel if they do not provide breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful even they English was very poor.

If your looking for a cheap hotel that's close to the centre and that is clean then this is perfect. My sisters and I stayed here for a weekend at the beginning of May and it was great. We had a triple room which had one double bed and one single and a bathroom with shower/bath toilet etc. The hotel...

The best thing about this Hotel, is the location. It's a stones throw from quite a few tourist attractions, and a few metro stops away, from everything else. The Hotel itself, is beyond basic. The main guy at the front desk is always friendly, but is very adamant that non guests are not allowed in the rooms. I found that...

This adorable boutique hotel was a perfect place to get us in and out of all the local Paris action. The location is convenient for travel by subway. Many shops and cafes close by. The hotel itself is beautifully adorned and it has air conditioning!

We wanted a cheep hotel just to have a place to sleep at night and this was the most terrible choice.Everything was dirty and stained, the rooms extremely small. no place to store your cloth , no elevator, bad service, bad WiFi signal. The outside needs painted but the inside was being done while we were there. Our room had a double and single bed, a small table and two chairs. No shelves, no cupboards, nowhere to hang anything so we had to use the single bed as our wardrobe.

Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighbourhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighbourhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theatres, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
