The Majestic Hotel Spa is a 5 stars hotel located in Paris's 16th district just 350 meters from the Champs Elysees and the Arc de Triomphe. Our 57 rooms and suites offers air-conditioned, queen, king or twins beds, a flat-screen satellite TV, safety box, and a private bathroom. All rooms include a minibar (charged in supplement). The rooms at the Majestic Hotel Spa Paris combine classic Parisian style and more contemporary pieces of art. Some rooms and suites have a private terrace or kitchenette with real appartement services. Wi-Fi access is available in all the rooms and the hotel also has facilities for disabled guests. My friend & I stayed for 2 nights the first weekend in December, we’d actually booked another hotel with British Airways holidays but were moved to here at the last minute so we were apprehensive but there was no need! Our room was ready at 10.30am when we arrived which was fantastic! The hotel is lovely, quiet, set on a quiet street just a few minutes stroll from the Arc di Triomphe. 5 min walk to the Champs Elysee and 30 min walk to the Eiffel Tower so a very good location. We also used Uber which was very cheap to get around, and each way to the airport was €35. We had a superior room, room 1, it was lovely and large, very clean and the most comfortable beds ever! Choice of pillows, turndown service, nespresso pods for the coffee machine, Nuxe toiletries provided and lovely bathrobes and slippers. Free access to PressReader app for all your newspapers and magazines. Everything was thought of. The room was a little dated (Paris/French style?) but still great. I used the pool which was very zen and warm. Nice large sunloungers. We had a drink in the bar before we left, loved how the coffee came with macaroons, this justified the €7 price tag. We had breakfast out both mornings, once at a lovely cafe 2 min walk around the corner called Cafe Belloy, they do a great breakfast for €14 - freshly squeezed Orange Juice, coffee, pastries and omelette/eggs your way. Much better value than the €30 the hotel charge if it’s not in your room rate already. Only things we could add to the hotel to make it better would be a glass of champagne on arrival and perhaps slightly less expensive room service.…

The hotel faces the alley way of a very busy hotel. We had a low floor room, there was noise 24/7. Service was wonderful and accommodating. The room service menu could be expanded, the bar always looked closed as there was rarely someone behind the bar

Great location but unfriendly staff, very bad food - sampled room service which was basic and very bland. The staff at the front desk were particularly unhelpful and not welcoming. Rooms were comfortable and clean with average facilities. Not worth the price in my opinion.

The location is great! The rooms are large and fairly well appointed. I am forced to give this hotel a 1* as the service is TERRIBLE! And i repeat, TERRIBLE!! The front desk does not know their left hand from the right. The inexperience of the staff is unbelievable! Although a very nice man, the concierge starts at 1 PM so nothing can get booked in the morning! Despite many attempts to talk to the manager he was FAR to busy to speak with a 3rd time repeat guest who had booked a two bedroom suite for 6 nights! Our air conditioning did not work and the hotel just thought we would not notice! The lack of attempt to make us comfortable and to compensate us for a terrible start were non existent! I have never come across such insolence!!! On the surface this Hotel seems wonderful but without good service it is a true BUST! …

Great stay for my family and I. Kids (age 7 & 5) were comfortable on the sofa bed and the room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Short walking distance to the Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe and other sites. Front desk and accommodations staff were polite, helpful and very friendly.

It’s a very nice hotel with beautiful rooms. The gym/pool is beautiful but the Spa is not working (no sauna). The rooms facing the roads are super noisy. They start doing works at 6am from the Peninsula. This is really bothering. Plus the breakfast is not really good. There’s a strong smell of food coming in the reception and the quality of food is just avarage for 38€! Not good.

My behavior with the reception at the hotel was beyond criticism. Those responsible did not comply with the summaries that Molly concluded. And the worst of all - at the reception they used a credit card without my permission and charged me with funds that were not agreed upon with me. I filed a complaint with Ishrakrat.

Dear Mr. Shoval, Despite our best efforts to fulfill your requests, we are sorry to read your less than positive feedback and we would like to take this opportunity to share the details of your experience. Your initial reservation was made for 12 nights in a Junior Suite through your travel agent Molly. You arrived at the hotel 4 days early and requested to change your dates of stay. Unfortunately, your request was made past delay. As a courtesy, the hotel did agree to shorten your initial reservation from 12 to 6 nights and the remaining credit was to be used on the first four nights. A second booking was made directly with the hotel as you requested to stay in a Prestige Suite, a higher suite category, for the first four nights. At the time of booking, our front office manager did inform you there was a remaining balance to pay directly at the hotel because the credit left was not enough to cover the four nights in a Prestige Suite. The credit card that we charged was the credit card that you gave upon check in as a guarantee. We did not charge illegally your credit card. We do regret that we were unable to come to an agreement. We had an excellent experience @ Majestic Hotel-spa. Their front-desk and concierge is helpful in booking the attractions and dinner reservations. We've upgraded to the Majestic suite and it was phenomenal. Whole experience with Majestic Hotel-spa is out-standing.
