This area is characterized by its namesake avenue which extends northwest from the Louvre to the modern business district, punctuated by the iconic Arc de Triomphe. Grand embassies stand among impressive offices and presidential palaces; architecture from 19th century Universal Exhibitions, homes, art galleries, and 19th century streets designed by Baron Haussmann flank haute-couture boutiques. This neighborhood never rests, buzzing with visitors from around the world at all times of day and night, all within a stone's throw of the Seine.

I stayed here based on Trip Advisor reviews and could not have been more disappointed. I held my reservation with a credit card and they took a hold on my card beginning 3 days before I checked in, well outside the cancellation period. When I checked in, I used a different card.

We were placed in the old part of the hotel which as others have pointed out is tired and not well cleaned. More three star (at best) than the five star it misleadingly advertises itself as. The pictures on its website bore no resemblance to the room we were given. We had a room

We always enjoy in the Majestic Hotel and Spa in Paris. Helpful and friendly staff at the door, Not to speak about the conformable spacious rooms. Really looking forward to come back. The swimming pool is fabulous. Excellent price quality. Giovanni and Leonard

Could not see Eifel Tower from Hotel, but, could view on the short walk to Avenue Kleber Metro and restaurants. Also a short walk to Arc de Triomph. Great location.

We used 2 different Suites - Both had separate Bedroom and lounge area. One had a pull-out sofa and the other was large enough to setup 3 single-sixed beds. A/C and wi-fi both worked well and reliably.
