Le Pavillon des Lettres is a great, small hotel located a couple blocks from the Presidential palace, near the great high end shopping in Paris. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the lobby area, with the honor bar, a nice place to meet people and plan the day's activities. My room was fairly small, but very well laid...

We wife and I just spent 4 days in a very very cozy small luxury hotel well situated with just one minutes walk from the Elysee Palace hence also extremely close too the Rue Honore which is great shopping. The staff was really nice and friendly, always there to offer help and service, and always with smile. The rooms are...

A boutique hotel in a central location. Close to walk to many attractions. Great bathroom. Breakfast is average (could use more fresh fruit). The main complaint is that the rooms are very dark. Definitely can't read there (even though the hotel provides a book of the author whose room you're in).

My partner and I enjoyed the great location for this small hotel. Metro station Miromesnil is about 5 mins walk away and Metro station Madeleine about 10 mins (though the route is a bit more labyrinthic). The area was quiet and leafy, accessible yet slightly out of the way. Service from the receptionists was polite and efficient. We were upgraded...

Loved our stay. Room was nice - superior double - bathroom also good although the shower curtains and privacy curtains are a bit weird. Entrance staff always very friendly and helpful when we needed them. But highlight was the breakfast - although running out on the second morning the quality of the breads, cheeses, croissants etc was excellent and one...

I took my mom to Paris for her 70th birthday. We were delighted, this room was...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Le Pavillon des Lettres... The 1st Paris literary hotel! In the image of the 26 letters of the alphabet, the rooms and suites of the Pavillon des Lettres reveal the beauty and poetry of the various authors. Behind each door hides the spirit of a poet, a writer, an impassioned virtuoso, a genius, which will give a special atmosphere to the room, with the help in particular of extracts chosen and printed on the walls. A few steps from the Champs-Elysees, the Pavillon des Lettres opens the doors of Paris fashion and trends to you. It is excellently located close to the Rue du Faubourg Saint-Honore, symbol of haute couture and refinement and composed of art galleries, embassies and luxury shops. At the heart of the prestigious neighbourhood of the Elysee Palace and Place Beauvau, the Sotheby's and Christies galleries, just a few steps from the Place de la Concorde and the Grand Palais, the Pavillon des Lettres breathes luxurious elegance and the muffled charm of the great houses. ... more   less
