Located close to the Musée d'Orsay, it is an upper class hotel (4 stars) with a limited number of rooms in an old building. Everything smells 17th century, the furniture, the wallpaper and the carpets. Only the bathrooms are modern with a 21st century standard. Wi-Fi works perfectly in the public area and in the room. Room and bathroom of...

The entire staff was always extremely helpful, friendly and personable. They helped with all of our questions (and we had plenty!) and treated us so kindly. Our room was decorated very nicely and in excellent condition. The walk to the river, metro, cafes, markets (even a dry cleaners) was very close. Also, the neighborhood is completely safe and we walked...

This hotel is such a gem!! It has a wonderful location (10-15 min walk to Louvre) and close to other attractions. My daughter and I went for her birthday trip and we adore the hotel. The service is fantastic! They helped us arrange taxis whenever needed. We were even lucky enough that our room was ready when we arrived in...

I'm almost afraid to review this gem of a boutique hotel, as I want it all to myself! Wow, what a delight. Apparently Lauren Bacall lived here, so you know it has to be outstanding. I fell in love the minute I stepped through the doors. My room was cozy, beautifully decorated in the French style, and adequately sized for...

We stayed here on the recommendation of a friend. We have come to Paris once or twice a year for 25 years so we have stayed in many, many hotels. We love the left bank and are always on the lookout for the perfect spot. We got off to a wonderful start when I asked the staff if I could...

We arrived on an early flight into Paris. Hotel staff are so friendly and obliging. Gave us our room before 8 o'clock in the morning. Just felt so welcome. Great bar down stairs in basement which is warm and invitingly relaxing on cold winter days. Location just the best for everything. Shopping, Batteau cruise, museums and even Eiffel Tower! This...

Let's say it: as the austere straight male that I am, I would not probably choose to stay here. Were I in a trip alone to Paris, I would probably go more minimal, but if you're a couple this is a very nice choice for a romantic weekend. An 18th century building, a lot of décor, red tapestries and cushions,...

I stayed in this hotel years ago, it has been under different owners for many years now. It is decorated in a classic, French way with beautiful wallpaper and antiques. It is on a very quiet street. As other have said the rooms are small but the bathrooms are well supplied with nice, fluffy towels and are well-designed and easy...

We have stayed in this fabulous little hotel near the Rue du Bac several times and we keep coming back. Rooms are not huge, but that's what to expect in Paris hotels, and they are very comfortable and nicely done. They do a nice continental breakfast and the location is great, perfect for shopping or just enjoying the atmosphere of...

Friends who frequently stay in Paris recommended this place. It's on a quiet street with lots of good restaurants nearby (in Saint Germain district) and close to Metro stops as well as a 20 minute walk to the Louvre, Tuilleries, Musee Orsay, etc. Rooms are typically small but clean and well-appointed. The concierges are very knowledgeable and made good restaurant...
