The old charm of the beautiful city of Paris was captured in the essence of the Hotel which was a walk through back in time with all the amenities and facilities. The location cannot be comparable to any other place in the city. Wonderful Memoirs!!

You can feel this hotel is not only very old, but also very classic and historical(I heard this hotel is the first 5stars hotel in Paris). Room condition seemed old but everything was very clean. If you step out to the small terrace in your room and bathroom, you will see one side of Louvre Museum. I loved the classic...

If you want to be near the Louvre museum this is the place to stay otherwise I would not recommend, room was in need of a complete renovation and the bed was so hard it made it very difficult to sleep on.

AFTER booking this hotel, I began reading reviews and was concerned about what would await us in Paris. I worried needlessly! Yes. The hotel is undergoing renovation. Yes. The beautiful bar is closed; however, I cannot speak highly enough about the staff! Florence, Charlotte, and Julien were exceptionally helpful after my husband lost his wallet. The beds and pillows were...

A reasonably priced hotel for such a great location. The rooms were nice but showed signs of wear, probably will be addressed by the renovations. I stayed for 5 nights but did not hear any construction noise. Very friendly staff. The location cannot be beat!

Hotel du Louvre is not a 5 star hotel and should remove at least 3, as it is a disgrace to its rank. Even though the location is great and the exterior of the hotel is beautiful, reality hits the minute you enter its revolving doors ( about the only thing that comes close to some kind of quality in...

Dear Madam, After reading your comment, I would like to express how frustrated I feel about the unsatisfying experience you had at Hotel du Louvre. Please note that I investigated with our Room Service staff regarding the refill of your mini-bar, and it appears that our team checked-it every day without exception, in vain, as nothing had been consumed. Regarding...

I first stayed at this hotel 30+ years ago and on a return trip to Paris I decided to stay at the same hotel. We were very pleased with the service, design, cleanliness, and location. Our room had a view into the Louvre. We were walking distance to the Louvre and several other major historical sights. We loved our stay...

This hotel is placed right across the street from the louvre museum. It's historical and beautiful. The bar is so beautiful and cozy, I would recommend a corner suite as the rooms are beautifully decorated, I've stayed in a double as well, clean and comfortable just not as fancy:))
