Le Claridge Champs-Elysées, built in 1914 right on the Champs-Elysées Avenue, has been witness to a century of political and romantic history of France. Secrets kept forever behind the walls of this legendary palace which has welcomed so many stars. A century later, Le Claridge Champs Elysées and its facade became listed French historical monuments, entering into the world of the most beautiful hotel residences in the world. The renovation changed this historical establishment into a contemporary, elegant Parisian residence. Spacious and comfortable, the110 Suites and apartments offer an exceptional view of the Champs Elysées Avenue or the peaceful patio of the residence. The blend of black and beige in the wall-to-wall carpeting evoke the black and white checkered pattern of the Parisian townhouses and the play of blue bands painted on the walls creates a unique ambiance. Wild silk curtains, velvet chairs, wool rugs and leather bring back the luxury of Claridge’s past glory. This is a new era for the Claridge Champs Elysées which, in 2006, joined the prestigious Fraser Suites collection.

Detailed Reviews
Hotel's Favourite
Our family of 4, 2 adults, 2 children ages 9 & 6, spent six nights in mid August at Fraser Suites Champs Elysees. We were in room 601, which is a 2 bedroom suite with a courtyard view. We loved everything about this hotel; the location, friendliness of staff, and cleanliness were all notable.
We arrived to the resort around 1pm on a Wednesday and our room was available in about 40 minutes. Our room was immaculate, spacious and well air conditioned. The carpet does show some wear and could use a shampoo in some areas, but carpet in general is tough to maintain in hotels so visible wear was understandable. Housekeeping was provided daily. Beds were incredibly comfortable and we all slept like babies after walking 7-9 miles daily! We thoroughly enjoyed our terrace overlooking the courtyard, it was so peaceful and a lovely place to read a book, or enjoy breakfast in the morning.
Location was optimal. We utilized the metro, and the Franklin D Roosevelt stop is a short walk from the entrance. There is also a Tootbus stop right outside hotel. We enjoyed having Patisserie Louis which had just opened the day we arrived, a short work from hotel as we would often pick up some pastries and baked goods to eat in the morning.
All staff we encountered at friend desk, luggage services, doormen, and housekeeping were friendly and professional. They were all also English speaking (though we always greeted them in French!). We appreciated having free access to laundry onsite. Our only disappointment during the stay was the hotel breakfast which was just okay for the cost.
We are still reflecting on our amazing experience overall in Paris, and Le Claridge Fraser Suites is certainly a part of our unforgettable, magical journey. We loved Paris, and can't wait to return some day and when we do Fraser Suites will be where we call home once again.

Dear jkt1220, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your detailed and heartfelt feedback about your stay at Fraser Suites Le Claridge. We are absolutely thrilled to hear about the exceptional experience you had with us! It's wonderful to know that you and your family enjoyed the spaciousness, cleanliness, and comfort of your Suite, and that you were able to make the most of the lovely terrace overlooking the courtyard. We're also glad to hear that our central location and proximity to public transportation made exploring Paris convenient for you. We greatly appreciate your understanding regarding the wear on the carpet. Maintaining high standards in a bustling hotel environment can indeed be a challenge, and we're constantly working to ensure our facilities are in the best possible condition for our valued guests. We're also pleased to learn that you found our team to be friendly, professional, and proficient in English. Your kind words will certainly be shared with them. We're sorry to hear that the breakfast didn't entirely meet your expectations in terms of value. We value your feedback and will certainly take it into consideration as we continuously work to improve our offerings. It was an honor to be a part of your unforgettable journey in Paris, and we can't wait to welcome you back when you return. Until then, we wish you many more wonderful adventures and experiences! Warm regards, Ludovic Rivaux, General Manager

There is nothing special about this hotel expect the location and the apartment style rooms. For family this is perfect. The hotel should be considered as an apartment complex and not as a hotel. Everything in this property moves slow and you should have patience. I stayed here many times just because of the location and my check in experience always been slow and painful. They don't really care of you just traveled 11 hrs and have kids crying or hungry. They will take their time and not even acknowledge you need to check in so the kids can use the bathroom or get a change. The more you ask them to hurry the more they make you wait and punish you. I am not exaggerating they really enjoy making you wait. This keeps happening to me with them all the time. I stayed here for over 5 times and no exception. The only reason I stay here is because of the location and the apartment style rooms.

Dear Guest, Firstly, I would like to specially thank you for your precious loyalty. Please accept my sincere apologies for not meeting your total satisfaction on your previous stays with us, and especially for the check in experience you are describing in your comment. Our Operation Manager did try to contact you privately in order to discuss further your stay but did not unfortunately managed to reach you. I am sincerely sorry to read your disappointment about the waiting time. Our guaranteed check in time is from 2 pm, but please trust that if the Suite is ready before that time, our team is always more than pleased to give access to the Suite to all our valued guests as soon as possible. When the Residence is fully reserved, we also, always advise our guests to reserve a day before in order to have immediate access to the Suite upon arrival. I truly hope we will have the possibility to get in contact with you in order to convince you otherwise on our professionalism and service dedication. We would be very grateful to have the opportunity to welcoming you back at Fraser Suites Le Claridge to enjoy a wonderful experience. With my renewed apologies, Sincerely Yours, Ludovic Rivaux General Manager

We rented the Penthouse suite for 7 nights. As a family of 4, each had their own bath and bedroom, which is far better than what you usually can find. Highly recommend it. Central location, great staff, and also recommend let them book your travel to and from airport

Second time to Paris, and regretted this trip on day 1. I thought it would be cool to stay on the champs de elysees. That was a very stupid idea. Everything nearby is a tourist trap, and not good. Better to visit this area and get out. ie. i bought shampoo, conditioner and toothpaste from the local pharmacy and it was 43 USD.
This hotel looked good in pictures and review and we liked the idea of having a place to unwind in the suite.
But this has to be one of the worst hotels stays of my life.
First when we got to the room, a sink was broken, but they sent maintenance to fix it up within 10 minutes, which was great.
Then i called twice, went to front desk once, my wife called twice over the course of 6 hours to have our kids sofa bed made up. Nobody came up until we asked for a refund so we can check out and go somewhere so the kids can sleep.
And like others have said. this room is dirty as heck. There is lipstick or some stain on the sofa bed comforter.
This room also had a heating issue, where it was stuck on 26C aka 80degrees F. Barely could breath. Alll the windows are open just to survive. The happiest moment will come when we can check out to leave.
Finally the part the kids hate the most, the toilet is not in the bathroom. It's in it's own room without a sink. So after you use the bathroom you have to go to another room to wash your hands.
I do not recommend this hotel to any American. Or anyone who's well travelled. It's not the standard we're used to of service.

Dear Guest, Firstly, I would like to thank you for choosing our property and for sharing your very precious feedback. I am sincerely sorry to read the image you kept of our Residence and the service delivered by the different departments despite the efforts made by our team to satisfy your requests during your stay. It is exactly the opposite of how we are and of the type of service we are proud to provide to all our very valuable guests as we can read in many other testimonies. Please trust that any suggestions or opinions related to our service or our facilities is highly taken into consideration and, if in any way improvements can be made be well assured that our will is to achieve this goal. I remain at your entire disposal should you wish to give us as a new chance to show you the true picture of the high-quality service we are known to deliver, and make you re discover our property in a different and very positive perspective. One of the worst hotel experience ever in my life. We stayed between December 31,2019 and January 2, 2020 and for the second time between January 3, 2020 and January 5, 2020. They grouped this as one booking and would not let us cancel the second booking without penalty if we didn't cancel by December 28, 2019. There was no service and they need to improve on cleanliness. We stayed two separate times two nights each. The first time the room reeked of cigarette smell even though it was supposed to be a non smoking room. We got another room on the second night after a duress. I was told a manager will contact us but no one contacted us. The second time we noticed that the ashtray in the balcony wasn't cleaned and was full of cigarette butts. It was also with pretty long stairs with bathroom upstairs. As we were with our 70 year old mom who has bad knees we asked if they can give us a different room. When my sister called the front desk to request a different room, the receptionist was rude and not helpful. When we went to the reception to talk directly, he was antagonistic. My sister got upset and raised her voice, and instead of trying to calm us down, the receptionist, Stellio, raised his voice also and called us crazy and threatened us to call security. We finally got two separate rooms for the night with a help of another staff but cheaper rooms compared to what we initially paid for, I believe. At that time, I asked to make sure that we get another room next day as we booked an executive suite. We were told that we will get the room and until the room was ready we can stay at the rooms we were put in. But by noon we were getting very rude phone calls to empty the rooms and the day-time receptionist disabled our room keys without giving us access to a new room. It finally got sorted out by 4pm. There was no apology and no compensation. This hotel obviously doesn't understand that hotel business is a part of service industry. This experience made us feel very sour towards this hotel group. We will definitely not use any hotels in this hotel group in the future.

Dear Guest, Please accept my sincere apologies for disappointing aspects of your stay. It is clear that we did not meet your expectations on this occasion. Your experience on your visit is not what we wish for our guests as we are always looking for ways to better our service and offerings. We truly value your feedback and as this allows us to improve our standards and service. Please trust that all the points you have raised about the Housekeeping service have been shared immediately with our Housekeeping Manager. Concerning the One Bedroom Suite category, we do have a majority of Two-story apartments (as advertised on our website) and some flat Apartments. Considering our Residence Structure, we cannot guaranty a specific type of One Bedroom Executive Suite. Nevertheless, we do always try to accommodate our guest needs as much as we can. We aspire to certain essential priorities, among many, such as courteous staff aimed at customer satisfaction and impeccable service. I am very sorry if these aspects were not achieved on this occasion. Although I do completely understand your disappointment, I was delighted that our Operation manager has been in contact with you and could discuss your experience further. Hopefully a new occasion for you to come to Paris will occur, with a new opportunity to welcoming you back and make you re discover our property and the high-quality service we are known to deliver to all our valued guests. With my renewed apologies, Sincerely Yours, Ludovic Rivaux General Manager

I have never ever written any comment on any hotel or restaurant on the internet before but this stay was really a flop:
During the first night the very very loud music of the night club in the basement shook the whole building. No one communicated this to us in advance. The night management was too arrogant to do anything against it or to at least give us the impression to care. The simple reply was: we can’t do anything agains it. Apparently this was a pre-opening of a night club starting in 2022.
The next morning there was no water; again: no communication. We were not told anything and by when it would be on again.
Unfortunately also room service was very poor: beds only half done, no clean bed sheets and a half broken baby bed.
Fridge in the room was empty even though there was an extra announcement that as an additional service drinks are supplied in the fridge…
Room size was generous, though.
At least breakfast was good, but the room very small. So be early if you want to catch a table.

Dear Mrs Schimka, Firstly, I would like to thank you for choosing our property during your Parisian stay and thank you for taking the time to share your comments. I am very disappointed to read that we did not manage to meet your expectations in many ways. Your comments have immediately been shared with the all the department heads for action. Please trust that there is no nightclub underneath our Residence and there will not be any in 2022 either. The noise you experienced was totally out of our control and was coming from a pre-opening event taking place in the Gallery underneath our Residence. I can ensure you that this event was unexpected and totally exceptional. Please trust that all the teams constantly strive to deliver a high-quality standard service, always aiming to increase customer satisfaction. My renewed apologies if these aspects were not achieved on this occasion. Your feedback is very important to us and be ensured that we do not take this review lightly. Your experience is totally the opposite of the service we wish to deliver to our very valuable guests. The hotel was in the perfect location, centrally, located to all the sites and easy to hop onto tour buses. We are a family of five and brought our grandmother, and we were comfortably accommodated in two spacious and lovely suites with kitchen. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always giving great advice and helpful tips. Also, there were on site complementary laundry machines, and a fitness center. Cabs are pricey so this location made most of our trips walkable and who doesn’t want to stay on the Champs-Élysées! Our next trip to Paris will be back here for sure! Merci!!! À bientôt!

I paid 850 Euros a night for 5 nights for a one bedroom suite for what is advertised as a 5 star property. The check-in staff was very rude and unaccommodating. They shoved us in some corner suite very far from the reception in Building D overlooking some silly courtyard with no balcony. When I asked to pay for an upgrade, the staff said it is very expensive, implying I cannot afford it. I asked to check-out and they insisted on a 2 night cancellation fee. They have no room service or food available, the breakfast is mediocre at best and there are absolutely no facilities. They also did not advertise or inform us of all the construction happening at the hotel prior to our booking. Overall this has been the worst hotel experience of our trip.

Your experience is not what we wish for, for any of our valued guest and definitely not a reflection of the high quality service we are proud to provide. I am very sorry to read your disappointment about a member of my team. I would like to apologize if a member had an inappropriate behavior towards you. It is exactly the opposite of how we are and of the type of service we do provide to all our very valuable guests. I would kindly like to highlight that we do offer a variety of different Suites all fully equipped, with different styles to suits all our guests wishes. The Suite you reserved was a One Premier Suite, indeed in building D, recently and totally renovated with state-of-the-art facilities. I wish we could have been aware of your disappointment in order to take the correct actions and ensure your total satisfaction. All the teams constantly strive to deliver a high-quality standard service, always aiming to increase customer satisfaction. My renewed apologies if these aspects were not achieved on this occasion.
