I stayed at Hotel Augustin with my son. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel was perfectly located in the heart of Paris. The rooms were lovely. The breakfast and afternoon tea served each day was delicious. Highly recommend!

Spent 3 nights over a weekend and had a great time. The location is an easy walk to a number of sites. Due to strikes we were hesitant about using the public transport but was able to walk to all places we wanted to visit.
The staff were very pleasant and the breakfast very nice (although first morning all seats/tables were taken, but no problems on the other days, and not an issue for us).
The provision of snacks and drinks between 2pm & 2am in the breakfast area was wonderful. The cakes were magnificent and perfect after a full day walking around Paris.
We loved the idea that we could utilise the same facilities at any of their other hotels. Next visit we plan to take it slower and fit in time to have a break. Also the complimentary drinks and snacks in the room were very nice.
We had a very large room which although looked onto open vent area between 4 walls we thought was good as the room was so big and no street noise. However this proved to be an issue as the vented area housed the air conditioner units for a number of rooms. They were very noisy, especially on the last night. On a return visit would request not to have a room that opens to that vented area. However we still give the hotel 5 stars as everything else was great, and we didn’t complain about the noise, which I believe they would have accommodated a change.

We arrived in Paris right in the middle of transport strikes but so thankful the hotel was near the automatic metro lines and it was FREE!!! Loved the refillable mini bar and snacks in the hotel were great - they had 3 types of nibbles, madelines, cakes ( 3 types) and some other packed pastry . It was great as we could pack some for our trips out in case we got hungry! Still and sparkling water available, as well as juices - and all that was available ALL DAY! we got the bigger room and it was really spacious! Loved the details of the Eiffel tower lamp, wi fi was very reliable! front desk and restaurant staff were friendly and super helpful. the lift was unusually spacious for a Parisian hotel so luggages and people could fit in no problem! Only thing i thought was instead of a prepared mixed fruit bowl during breakfast , perhaps just a fruit bowl of bananas , apples & oranges would be great. However they had lychees one day, was great! Beds were comfortable and room temperature /heating was really good! I loved the area we were in as there were restaurants nearby and the main station St Lazare was a 5min walk ! Safe location as well. Great value for money and will definitely stay again if back in Paris! my son loved the stay !

We spent two nights at Hotel Augustin in October 2021. The hotel is in a great location, being within walking distance of a wide range of locations/sights around Paris, and with excellent transport links (metro, bus). The room was bright, relatively spacious and quiet. Breakfast offered a good choice of cold and hot food (although the coffee was pretty forgettable!) and the free soft drinks are a welcome bonus. The staff are excellent - very accommodating and welcoming. This was our first stay here, and I'd happily stay again.

We got a triple room which felt spacious enough for 3 people (for Parisian standards), including the bathroom which was quite large. It has one queen bed and one twin bed. The room was on the last floor and has a slanted wall, which made it feel a bit smaller, but it did have enough walking space. The room barely has any storage space, but this was OK for us since we only stayed 3 nights. The hotel and room feel up to date and it has a cute and unique decoration.

The staff is friendly and helpful (and they speak English). Our shower was not draining properly and they immediately sent someone to fix it.

The neighborhood is not that touristy which we liked. The hotel has metro and bus stations really close by. Some attractions like the Champs-Élysées and L'Opera are walking distance (about 15-20 min).

The breakfast was not that great.

I would definitely stay in this hotel again (without the breakfast).

The hotel staff was super friendly and helpful. The location was very convenient to many locations including short walks to the Champs Elysees, Gare St. Lazare, and many metro stations. The available snacks from 2pm onward was tremendous and super appreciated. Rooms were clean. Fantastic showers! Only complaint is that the rooms were very small. Got two rooms, one of which we upped to a deluxe and it was not a big size difference at all - with that said it is Paris, so rooms are never big at this price range. As long as your eyes are open on rooms size, I would very much recommend.

We stayed at Hotel Augustin from July 5-10 and loved our stay. Our favorite parts were the kind hotel staff, breakfast, balcony and stocked mini fridge.

Breakfast was only €5 for unlimited pastries, eggs, juices, fruit, cereal, coffee, etc. Everything was also top quality. There’s also a mini-fridge in each room with unlimited beverages that gets refilled daily. One evening, we had a balcony “picnic” with baguette, brei and wine.

The staff is incredibly helpful and fast to respond. After we left, we realized we left an AirPod behind. They immediately contacted us and sent it out the next day. I’m grateful that they were so helpful.

This was our 4th time to Paris and we HIGHLY recommend Hotel Augustin.

Fabulous stay! Just left Hotel Augustin today after 5 wonderful days. I’d read the reviews prior to booking and they are solid and on the spot!
Location for us was perfect, we took the metro everywhere and had no problem accessing multiple stations all very close.
The breakfast was well worth the additional 6 EU per person per day! Eggs, veggies, bread, juices, sausage, quite varied and tasty. The afternoon/evening goodies we tried, helped to tide us over, but we were out most of the day, so really didn’t take advantage of the perk.
Our room was regularly stocked with water, juice and soft drinks. Room had a great view of the cathedral St. Augustin. We enjoyed opening the windows and hearing the city, but once closed, the room was so quiet!
Every staff member was superb! Very accommodating and friendly! I should have gotten their names!
Absolutely loved this place, will either return or try one of their other hotels just for the fun of it!

So nice to come back to Astotel St. Augustin after 18 months. The team are so friendly and welcoming and even had my toilet back waiting for me in my room which I left behind 18 months ago. It is a really charming hotel in an excellent location and I have never elsewhere in Paris experienced such excellent sutomer service and attention to detail. Looking forward to my next visit!

We arrived in the rain and way before check in time, but we just wanted to drop off our bags. However they got our room ready for us and gave us complimentary pastries and croissants with orange juice while we waited. How amazing is that? I was travelling with ny daughter and her friend (both teenagers), so being able to get into our rooms early after the flight was so lovely.

The hotel was very central, but we also discovered that there were complimentary pastries and we could use facilities in any of the other hotels in the chain in Paris during our stay.

So the reception staff were friendly and helpful, recommending a good place to eat of the type that we'd asked for. They helped sort out my daughters glasses after the screw had come out in the torrential rain. (did I mention that it rained!!) Nothing was too much for them

The room was up a large spiral stairs (I don't like lifts so I didn't ask if there was one). It was bright, clean and plenty of space for the three of us. A mini fridge with complimentary drinks, and useful extras like a bag for your dirty laundry. I slept on the sofa bed, which was very compfortable and plenty large enough for me (I'm about 5ft 7 I think) and was slightly away from the other 2 beds, so didn't feel on top of each other. Bathroom had bath and shower with complimentary bodywash etc

Breakfast had lots of options, various juices / tea / coffee / omlettes / sausages,, cereals, croissants, pastries and other stuff that I didn't have as I was full enough so can't remember

So all in all an amazingly friendly central hotel (truly about 100m from St Augustin tube and about 5mins from Gare St Lazarre.) I now wouldn't stay anywhere else in Paris.
