Just a nice hotel for a good rest! Nice team!

Very good hotel for this price! Warm, cozy, clean, super centric. Well the rooms are not 5 stras, but it works perfectly. Get warm fast, fantastic bed and blankets, hot water, TV, nice WIFI. All you need after big walk. Super helpful staff and good breakfast. Many restaurants, pharmacy's, metro, supermarket and shops near. Thanks see you next!

Enter at own risk

Positive: bed comfortable and clean Negative: dirty bathroom with mildew all over the wall. Carpet dirty and the room smelled like unwashed laundry. Location: Near the San Lazare station where trains go to Normandy. Also, if you're into shopping it's a perfect location. However it's near the Mouline Rouge and all the sex shops so not pg rated

Don’t waste your money.

The only NEW thing is the name. There’s no way this is 3 star. Dirty, electric outlets were out of service, and tired doesn’t describe things. Even with the lower pricing I overpaid. I should have just found a new hotel.

Do not stay in this hotel it's disgusting.

I would strongly advise against booking this hotel. We have travelled the world and this is honestly the worst hotel we have stayed it. Rooms were very small and absolutely filthy. Rooms were dated and to say it was basic would be an understatement. So bad we sought alternative accommodation and flights home. Mais attempt to enter room several times from 8am despite "do not disturb" sign placed on door. Room didn't feel secure or safe. Avoid at all costs. Disgusting!

Hotel took 2 payments.

Paid the hotel on arrival. Hotel then processed a second payment on the last day of my stay from my card details registered on Hotels.com Receptionist acknowledged the mistake and informed me the refund would be done the following day when the manager was back. Over 2 weeks since I checked out, I have only received a partial refund and hotel are not responding to my emails.

For 3 days ok

Reception personel was friendly, making check in and check out quick. The accommodation is OK, if you spend the most of the day out and you need a room only for sleep. The only con is the hotel needs a renovation-especially the bathroom.

Strong recommendation: avoid this hotel

Firstly, the positives. The location is quite good, the street is quiet, and the front-desk staff were polite and friendly. However, do not stay at this hotel if you want a comfortable stay - this is a hostel with a three-star price tag. There is not enough hot water for the whole hotel - which is ridiculous - so the showers are mostly cold. Our bathroom sink leaked and flooded the floor everyday. Swipe access wouldn’t work - a problem with the door, not the card - and we had to spent 20 minutes swiping various cards until they eventually worked. The breakfast was terrible - instant coffee, stale pastries, and old fruit. We asked to swap rooms, but we weren’t allowed, and the staff didn’t speak enough English to help us properly. I would’ve expected at least a part-refund for the cold water, the flooding, and the swipe card. I don’t usually like to complain, but really strongly recommend you avoid this hotel. I stay in a lot of hotels, and you can get a lot better for your money in Paris - avoid this place!…

Good

The reception stuff are very friendly. During our stay, especially Nicolas and Walid helped us out a lot. We had a great time. Thanks. 日本語の口コミにある通り、お部屋は狭いです。 21、95番バスでオペラ地区にも、ルーブルにも行けます。モノプリも近くにあり、とても便利でした。近所のフレンチは、野菜が新鮮で美味しかったです。とにかく、スタッフの対応が最高に良かったです。 9泊滞在しましたが、テラスで他の旅行客と談話できたのもいい経験になりました。また、パリに行くときは利用したいです。 R

Good choice.

Hotel room is small but it is enough for 2 person + 2 large luggage. Hotel located between 2 metro station within 5 minutes walking distance with surrounded by good foods. Hotel breakfast is sufficient however it is same for whole week (hmmm. Easy to get boring sometimes.) Anyway, it is a good choice. No regret.

A tight fit in a so-so neighbourhood

The hotel was clean and the staff helpful but you shouldn't expect much more. The rooms do not have any AC, they do not have a fridge and the front desk doesn't have any ice. Also, some may be concerned about the safety in the area but our group was never worried. That being said this is a great budget hotel with a few negatives.
