I wasn’t expecting much but I was pleasantly surprised. Although the rooms were budget, they were clean and comfortable. We had a street view from the room but there isn’t much to see. A bottle of Evian water is in the room on arrival with basic tea/coffee facilities. Breakfast

It is the second time we are staying in that hotel. The staff was very welcoming (especially Steeve) and our room (top floor) was very nice with a splendid view on the Eiffel Tower. The location is perfect as you can walk to Montmartre.

Would hotel accept booking from 17 year old couple?
I don’t know for sure but I strongly doubt it. Hostels are much more likely to oblige in that scenario

My advice is to check directly with the hotel, either by telephone or email. They are incredibly helpful.

The only 'fees' that MIGHT be payable is the tourist tax . This is, from memory, less than 2€ per person per night. It is possible that your intended 'package booking' already includes this tax. Bon voyage.

The hotel seems well equipped for people with disabilities and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Speaking only English isn't a problem - most Parisians have some English. I recommend you get Google Translate on your phone - it's amazing and simple to use. Once you get out of the hotel the pavements and roads can be very busy and the surfaces are uneven. Depending on what your disability is you may need to take extra care. We made extensive use of Uber while we were there - quick, cheap and friendly. I also recommend you try the hop-on, hop-of river buses - they'll allow you to see some of Paris's amazing buildings from a comfortable seat
