I don't understand all the negative reviews here, I found this place to be great. Yes the rooms are not the biggest, although if like me you have stayed in 6 hotels within this area in the past 2 months, you will not be disappointed, they are bigger than other places round here. Its in the 17th arrondissement, Paris..... not...

The hotel is not recommended at all. The rooms are tiny and u can hard put ur luggage. The breakfast room is one 4 tables so if u have kids u will find it difficult to fit in the place without causing a mess. The service is not good, they gave us a room where the door of the bathroom...

I stayed at this hotel from the 21 August to the 25th August. They have taken the charge of the room twice from my credit card and despite telling me they will refund the additional charge by a certain date have failed to do so. I have contacted them at least 20 times and sent countless emails to Caroline -...

Very good located! Very nice designed. Very clean. Small rooms, but it's usual for Paris. The people at the reception are very nice. The breakfast is good (may be improved). But the 3 minutes walk up to the Arc de Triumph is everything you can ask for a trip to Paris.

Arrived late, were greeted by a friendly, very young guy. We had a family room for 2 adults and 2 teens. Had an eye on this hotel from the start but was too expensive for 1 night, found it half the price nearer the time of leaving home. Worked out to be a good deal! Room was spacious enough for...

Very nice hotel near the champs elysees and very convenient for couple of days for visiting Paris. Very beautiful view and the suite was spacious. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Cons: -Overpriced compared to other hotels more near champs elysees (also to be fair we booked a bit late) -We booked a suite through booking.com and when we arrived...

I booked this room for the weekend of the end of the Tour de France via booking.com which somehow cancelled my booking- so when I arrived it had been cancelled- not only did the extremely kind and helpful manager honor my booking but gave me the booking.com price on a very very busy weekend- lectured me on the pitfalls of...

If you are the claustrophobic type then this hotel is probably not for you. The room I stayed in is one of the smallest I have seen, and the only way I could open the suitcase was by placing it on the bed. There was also very little storage space, which was probably my biggest gripe during the stay. If...

Stuck in Paris at 10pm with nowhere to stay, I thought I'd end up paying over the odds. However, here I found a room for a very good price. The receptionist was friendly and helpful, the room while typically Paris sized (i.e. small) was quiet, clean and comfortable with all the facilities required. Wifi worked well. No negatives based on...

My husband and I stayed here for one night as part of our honeymoon traveling Europe. It was by far the worst hotel we have stayed at. The shower door wouldn't open once I finished my shower. I had to get my husband to basically lift the door off its hinges to get me out. I wouldn't like to know...
