First off the staff are incredible and not speaking much of the local tongue they are very bi lingual and very helpful. This property is within walking distance of several food stores and pharmacies as well as most tourists stops. Plenty of restaurants are also close by. The gym was adequate and everything worked well. The room was a little...

Came in very early 8am and they were able to accommodate an early check-in. Housekeepers were very nice and room was cleaned very well each day. The bartender was very friendly and helpful. The concierge staff was able to help us with all out requests. Breakfast at the hotel every morning was outstanding. Not in your typical tourist area but...

Booked a last minute trip and found a great rate at this hotel. It's a good hotel with friendly staff. The person who checked me in was super nice, I arrived early and she made every effort to find me a room, which I appreciated. She also called me when the room was ready, I was upgraded which I also...

This is my first time to Paris and I am very pleased with the location of this hotel. The Marriott brand created a very boutique feeling with this particular renaissance and it's great! The rooms are large, the beds are soft, the food is great, and the staff is friendly.

The rooms were modern and clean. The staff was so nice and helpful. I felt it was a safe location away from some of the more truly tourist locations, read: quiet. The breakfast was divine and perfectly European (cheese for breakfast!). It was a half of a block walk to the closest Metro stop, Victor Hugo. Our room did not...

I stayed here several times for work. It is in a great location. You can walk to several restaurants and the metro. The in-house restaurant is lovely for dinner and the chef tends to cook with a "farm to table" mentality, which is wonderful. The staff is very helpful and will call a car for you. I recommend placing the...

We would like to express our thanks to all the staff, from the front desk to the service staff at the breakfast. Most of all we want to express our deepest gratitude...

My wife and I took a quick mid-week jaunt to Paris last week and we chose to stay at the Renaissance because of it's fantastic location and proximity to much of historic Paris. We arrived early, so the concierge took our luggage and had it delivered to the room when we returned later. The room was small, but very well...

I stay in Paris near Trocadero every 2 weeks and have been trying all the hotels in the area. This one is the best so far as the room was a cool design and much bigger than the others. BUT this was a family suite so I don't know what the others are like. Worth another stay to find out....

A surprise from my wife, this premium hotel is polished, and staff are professional, a good location with excellent local French restaurants close by. The Australian trained reception manager was very good ! The food and gin bar, well , the outdoors bar area seems reserved for locals and the restaurant menu pretentious , explains the lack of customers ....

Staying in Trocadero

Neighbourhood Profile
Trocadero
This is the neighbourhood of grand and impressive Haussmann-designed apartments and buildings. National museums overlook the Eiffel Tower and embassies fill the avenues and streets. Locals head to the butcher, florist, or bakery on their daily rounds amidst luxury and splendour, all with a view over Paris and its most famous tower. Snuggled in between the grand buildings are small art galleries and homes of historical significance. With a rich legacy from 19th century politics, art, and architecture, you can’t help but be reminded of the belle époque, the Universal Exhibitions and the nobility that have frequented and shaped these streets.
