spent 5 nights here travelling from scotland with wife and teenage children. the hotel provided an excellent base for a superb visit to this amazing city. reception staff very friendly and helpful with the rooms serviced every day. nice leisure facilities to relax and recharge in. and the table tennis and table football facilities are a nice addition. we didn’t eat here but there are a full range of bars and restaurants a short walk away in bercy village. the nearby cour st emilion metro station is currently closed which is a little inconvenient. a very busy replacement bus service for the 14 line is the best public transport option to reach the hotel from gare de lyon station. there is the 24 bus service which stops very near the hotel. this connects to gare de lyon and has the pantheon as its terminus but we found this service a bit unreliable.

First off, this is an impressive hotel as befits its price tag and star rating.

I was checked in by an extremely efficient and friendly person and offered a freebie glass of fruit juice and a chocolate biscuit by their equally friendly colleague. I was told they'd upgraded my room and indeed when I got there it was big, with two sofas, a double bed and a desk. Plus there were ample wardrobes, two fluffy towelling robes, and a huge TV.

All seemed in order. I noticed some ambient noise outside but ignored it; a city centre hotel will always have some kind of noise outside and some kind of clunking or grinding machinery indoors somewhere. I then ordered, and was brought by a delightful room service person, a burger and chips (excellent), some coffee (a cup, it was ok - I should have asked for a cafetiere), and headed off to bed.

And there was that noise. It was like the firing up and then down again of some machine, perhaps the aircon, perhaps some kind of waste processor. It was outside the room, but there was nothing visible when I looked. OK my fault - I should have said or done something about it as soon as I arrived at the room; I certainly couldn't be bothered to do anything then as I was in bed and about to turn the lights off.

Except...I couldn't turn the lights off. As usual in a hotel like this there were lights all over the place and at the bedside there were three switches. I turned them all off but some lights stayed on. I got up. I went to the door and turned off what was evidently the (only) master switch and everything was plunged into darkness. So I turned that back on to see what I was doing and make sure I didn't walk into the TV and then for about five minutes experimented with each of the other switches around the room to get all the lights off. I ended up by leaving one bedside lamp on, unplugging one of the lamps at the end of the room which stubbornly stayed on, and then turning the bedside lamp off from beside the bed. Surely a master switch by the bed would make sense?

Throughout the night there was the noise but it didn't keep me awake too much.

In the morning all was good, with a hot and powerful shower, plenty of towels, and an ok sink (square and shallow). On checkout the staff, yet again, were super friendly and helpful (I was walking to my meeting 25 minutes away).

So in all a great, "grown up" hotel and vrooming noise and light switches apart, not much wrong with it.

Amazing experience at this hotel, from arrival to departure the team at Pullman has been a incredible help to us. The staff of the hotel is ready to provide any information that you need and they will sort out any problem. Staff is extremely kind and helpfull and the receptionist that helped us most of the time (Antoine) seemed not only professional but also actually interested in helping. The pullman itself is really good compared to the other ones in Paris and the location is great. Its about a minute away from the nearest metro (cour saint emilion, line 14) and the Bercy Village has most of your needs. The hotel is clean and provides most things you need, the minibar is free and there is a free Nespresso machines witch gets refilled every other day. The rooms are large have windows that can be opened, very comfortable beds and clean showers with rain shower system. The breakfast has way more than you can try during your stay. Our experience at this Hotel was amazing!

I stay at this hotel at least a couple times per year for my leisure trips to Paris. I enjoy the location, as it's far enough from the touristy center of Paris to be relaxing, yet Métro line 14 makes reaching the first a ten-minute ride. (Note: because this is an automated line, it was operating normally during the recent transit strikes.) The hotel itself is quite nice, having undergone significant renovations in the common areas over the past few years. Yet, what sets this property apart for me is the staff. They are warm, welcoming, caring, and always helpful. I see this as "my home in Paris" as a result. I know beyond any doubt that the staff will make every possible effort to assist me, no matter what my request is. In terms of the accommodations, I'd advise booking a premium room if you are able, as the view from the upper floors of the hotel toward the city is beautiful. Highly recommended!

We stayed here during the Christmas break witha family of 5. We booked classic rooms. The hotel perfectly arranged 2 rooms with a connecting door. At arrival the 5th bed was not in the room yet. After a call the bed got installed. For Paris rooms are reasonable spacious, even with the extra bed you still could move around.
Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The concierge (Hamid?) is brilliant, what an enthusiasm.
Hotel Lobby is an active area. Well designed and spacious, including two table tennis tables.
Location is great. Metro stops 4 minutes walk away and without many stops brings you directly downtown Paris. Hotel area is nice with Bercy village on 3 minutes walk.

Why only 4 points out of five. The room showed some small maintenance issues (loose wallpaper, damaged paint etc) and the breakfast was not great. Choice enough, but things were often cold and the breakfast space is too small. Despite the hotel staff is very friendly, they didn't pick up the phone when I tried to call the reception desk.

Conclusion: A few small things to improve to make it 5 points, but an absolute great hotel for visiting Paris. Better stay here than downtown. Will save you money and provide you more space and a very friendly staff.

I enjoyed my stay at Pullman Bercy. We stayed here for my brothers 18th birthday gift and we were going to Disneyland for the day.
They upgraded his room for free which we appreciated. The rooms were clean and spacious- we would of appreciated a easier navigation of the tv in terms of languages.
The lobby is beautiful with lots of things to do- barber, nail technician and a bakery section.
The hotel was only 30minutes from Disneyland which was about 40-50 euros.
The hotel was around 25 minutes from the airport which was around 40 euros.
The shopping village next to the hotel was lovely. We ate at Vapianos and went shopping in Rituals and Sephora which added an extra layer of enjoyment to our trip.
I would definitely stay here again!

We had 3 nights in this hotel and it was like staying in two different hotels each night..
First night was amazing. Awesome service, great room service and breakfast was wonderful.
Second night was a disaster.. rude room service that evening and at breakfast the next day. Breakfast itself was poorly cooked - it felt like we were dealing with entirely different waiting and kitchen staff :(
Unfortunately as it was so inconsistent I would not take the chance again at staying at this hotel

Amazing hotel. It’s a bit far from the main attractions but we took Uber and it was just a beautiful ride especially while coming back in the evening when all the lights in the city are on. The next day we took Uber to notre dame which was only 10 euros and from there we took hop on hop off bus. Hotel is very clean and friendly. Dylan upgrade our room for free and he was very professional!
Night before my birthday amazing server Lea from the bar sent Champaign and cake in our room. I was over the moon. That was a real surprise.
Staff is definitely the highlight !
Would come here again for sure !

We stayed here for a couple days during the New years.

Lobby & service
I was pleasantly surprised when walking into the hotel, whereas the atmosphere / vibe was really relaxing and welcoming. So was the staff! Very helpful, respectful. They even remembered our names every time we passed the lobby.

Room
The room had decent space with a comfortable bed, the bathrobes were utmost nice compared to others I've had. The lighting in the room added to the pleasant stay as well. We asked for a baby cot and they took the liberty to think of any additional stuff we might need for our kid (baby tub, diaper bin and a teddy bear!)

Breakfast
Pullman hotel had an outstanding breakfast; serving a diverse set of warm food (eggs, beans and even chicken wings) to cold (yoghurt & sliced fruits).

Fitness
This hotel must have one of the BEST fitness areas I have ever seen in a hotel!
Hands down for their blessed fitness area!!!

Spa
Unfortunately the spa was under renovations so couldnt use this service. Read from other reviewers that it was closed a while ago so thought by time we reached we could use it again. Unfortunately the renovations were still on going.

Wouldn't mind staying at the Pullman Bercy again.

As we entered Pullman Paris Centre - Bercy smiles grew on our faces it looked amazing. The entrance is stunning with a beautiful water fountain and a Buddha where we took some pictures. The staff were kind and helpful and most of them spoke perfect English
Positives: The location was great with Bercy station nearby and very close to the Bercy Village Shopping Centre. Very near to Gare du Lyon for access to Disneyland trains. The breakfast was amazing and the tables were large. The egg station was great and all the breakfast staff were very professional and courteous and helpful. The room was clean, spacious and had good view of the surrounding city. The pool was a good temperature and quite shallow the steam rooms were great, although you needed to book it in advance and were only allowed one hour per day
Negatives: The check in process seemed slow and mechanical with no personal touch. They hold a deposit of almost 150 euros per day which can be a big issue for many people and the deposit was released after few days of the stay. Room service was slow and unpredictable, they could not provide tea even after repeated requests on the reception. The room service either do not pick the phone or just hang up midway. hour per day.
