It appears communication from this hotel is difficult. Slow responses to emails, not addressing the problem raised. The hotel (and Accor) have a pricing policy that is completely flawed and yet they do not engage to address the issue. Here is the problem. The price of breakfast is Eur 29.5 per person (adult) per day. Children eat free. I got that much by email from the hotel when I asked. However, the difference between the rate for a junior suite with breakfast and without breakfast is Eur 332.32 for 3 people - 2 adults and a child - for 3 nights. Total for breakfast for 3 people works out to Eur 36.9 per person per day. This means the hotel is charging for the child (should be free) and charging Eur 36.9 per person per day instead of 29.5. So basically it’s a rip off. I…

Dear Pandora Palma, We thank you for taking the time to share your experience following your reservation. Again, we apologize for the delay in processing responses. You are comparing two different offers : th' "suite Experience" offer (the one you have finally chosen)and the "stay longer and save" offer. There is no Suite Experience offer with breakfast included, so you need to add the charge of €29.50 per person per day. The offer Stay Longer and Save exist with and without breakfast. We agree with you that the Suite Experience offer is more convenient even if you want to add the breakfast after. The reservation agent should give you this information. Please be assured that we will make a point with the Reservation Manager to follow up on customer requests and avoid this kind of confusion in the future. Thank you very much for your e-mail, thanks to that we are able to work on our process and improve our customer service. We remain at your entire disposal for any further question you may have. Thank you for your understanding and for your support to our Hotel. We will be delighted to welcome you soon! Warm regards, Céline - Guest Experience Manager

I have stayed at this hotel many times over the years, and have always been impressed with the service the staff provides. No matter what request I have, they are able to satisfy it, and do so graciously. The rooms are nice, although I must admit the suites are especially so. If you can afford one, I'd highly recommend booking it. The dining options are excellent, with a full hot breakfast buffet on offer. I really can't say enough nice things about this property, and consider it to be "my home in Paris".

I don't usually write reviews. My experience was mid to say the least. I can deal with the front desk clerks being selective with their customer service and I can even take their inconvenienced attitude towards being asked for help, but purposely not helping a customer is mindboggling. My mother wanted to make sure we had a ride to the airport, so she asked the front desk the afternoon before if we could schedule to have a taxi the following day around 8:30am. The front desk person said they would do that without issue. The next day, we go down to the front desk and she asks if by chance they had called the taxi for us. The gentleman said 'oh sorry no taxis are running today'. He said there was a taxi strike yet there was no news of there being one. She then asked if…

Pullman Bercy Overall not satisfied, the house keeping let it down big time. 1. Upon check in, the shelves, worktop were dusty, it’s visible and a layer to be wiped out, and my wife have to do it herself as the child is allergic to dust, not acceptable for not only Pullman standard but any hotel should have cleaned it when it’s clearly visible. 2. The hotel seems to be refurbished at some point as there’s many old obsolete fixtures around. The ceiling paint were peeling off and not very nice to look at. 3. The swimming pool has an one hour per guest rule and need to book in advance, not very easy to plan around when my family book this hotel because we wanted to spend time in the swimming pool. So an hour seems too little. There were a long queue to get in pool and staff…

My flight was cancelled and so I booked a room in PPC on booking.com for €217 but after payment was taken I got a notification to say that the hotel was fully booked (even though the money been taken from my account). I went back on the app and found it wasn't and a room at PPC was available but this time for €476.29. As I was desperate, as a single woman by herself, I reserved it and got a taxi straight to the hotel. When I arrived around midnight, I was asked to do a pre-authorisation for €505 that was apparently declined even though it had been taken out of my account. I started to panic and burst out crying and the hotel staff looked at me blankly - offering no support. I asked to speak to the manager who was aggressive. Eventually, I was able to pay on my card (after…

We are staying with our three children for five days, and we must say we are very satisfied with the rooms (connecting superior) and the hotel as such (nice swimming pool). Clean and modern. We have only eaten breakfast at the hotel, but it has been delightful. Fresh omelet and a good variety of food. The hotel is situated a bit outside the center, but it has a nice little village just a few steps away. Here you can eat and shop, and you will also find the metro station St. Emillion. We have had no problems getting around seeing all the famous places. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, the hotel bar closes way too early! The hotel web site states that the terrace bar is open till midnight, unless out of season or bad weather. Not so, it has closed way…
