Just came back from a week stay in Hotel Delavigne. We were so hapy there. Once you google it usually looks better then in real lfe - this time it was oposite, everything was so nice and cozy in this little hotel. It is so centrally located, service and personnel nice and helpful. We will most certainly come back if...

We chose this hotel because of its location, close in by the St. Germain neighborhood and close to metro and bus lines. It was very easy to get everywhere we wanted to visit from the hotel. The room was small, but laid out in such a way that it didn't feel that way. The staff was all very helpful, they...

The location is fabulous, the staff is very friendly, extremely helpful, and speak perfect English. Rooms are small but very clean and updated. We had a great stay! Easy walking distance to all of the major sights, including Norte Dame and the Louvre. Starbucks and the metro are right around the corner.

Small confortable room, nice and clean. Very friendly and helpful staff! Easy access by walking or using public transportation to all places. Great value for the price! Tons of restaurants around it. Did not eat breakfast at the hotel but rather ate at nearby cafes and bakeries.

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived in the hotel as it looked way better than the pictures! It is very easy to find and its location is perfect as everything is accessible and easy to find. Everyone there is very pleasant and always ready to help with a smile. The rooms are very nice and clean and you can...

The rue Casimir Delavigne is a one-way street so it's relatively quiet. Just opposite the hotel are book publishers' offices, so there is not a lot of activity at night. You'll sleep well here. The rooms are very clean but be prepared: they are quite small, even by Parisian standards. We stay here though because it is a few minutes...

We stayed at Hotel Delavigne for one night and it was ideal for what we wanted- quick easy check in with friendly reception staff, a clean warm room (albeit a little small), good nights sleep and a decent sized bathroom. Room actually seemed more modern than the pictures suggest. We didn't have breakfast here as there's so many cute restaurants/cafes...

I read all the reviews before choosing this property. It is a lovely, three star, boutique hotel. I had needs and they were all handled nicely. Front office staff was really helpful. I had a second floor corner room. Price point rooms are usually small, this was larger than expected and very well appointed. While it is an old building...

Our room was a bit tight but we have been in smaller rooms in Europe. Other than that everything about our experience with the Hotel Delavigne was excellent. We loved that it is on a quiet street but so close to all the great sites and restaurants in Saint Germaine. The front desk staff was very professional and helpful. We...

Staying in Saint-Germain-des-Pres

Neighbourhood Profile
In Saint-Germain-des-Prés, life is effortlessly chic and all things are beautiful. The main boulevard is dotted with famed terraced cafés, haut-couture shops, ivy-covered railings and fine-dining restaurants. Antique dealers and art galleries surround the fine art school and small museums hide in unassuming squares. The neighbourhood’s namesake church is the oldest in Paris and is the backdrop for talented musicians every weekend. The Luxembourg Gardens house the national senate, splendid lawns and flourishing flower beds. Famous faces and bourgeois Parisians frequent Saint Germain accompanied by the students of Rue Saint Guillaume and Rue des Saints-Pères. This is a neighbourhood where afternoon people-watching from a café or playing cards in a brasserie are a key part of the daily fabric.
