What was supposed to be the first of a six night stay turned horribly wrong. We’d been travelling for a week already when we arrived and decided not to go out that evening. We heard a knock at the door and someone trying out a card but ignored it assuming someone had the wrong room around 8.55pm. As we were getting ready for bed around 9pm, lights turned off, we could hear two men in the hallway speaking French (our French is non-existent) a bit of Russelling and a couple of doors closing so assumed it was the other guests on the 8th floor with us. We then heard them outside our room again, this time with some type of wire coming in our room under the door, trying to pull the door handle in the room to open the door. My husband got up and yelled at them, opened the door and the two men ran off down stairs. To top this off, we found the phone in the room didn’t work. When we reached reception on the ground floor, she got the maintenance man to come up with us and look around. We returned to the ground floor insisting that they ring the police with a lack of wanting to ring on their behalf and asked if they had security cameras and were told yes at first and then no. There are no visible cameras anywhere in the hotel. No security to check who is going in and out of the hotel so, anyone can make it on to any floor and to your room without a key. The gaps at the bottom of the doors mean they can put anything under there and once the handle is opened from the inside of the room, the lock opens. Staff were not helpful at all, we were in a foreign country shocked and scared with no empathy at all from them. We had to insist on them changing our room for the night until we were able to find other accomodation the next morning, no extra security offered so my husband stayed up all night. We checked out the very next morning. Apparently this has happened before on reviews on their fb page and other hotel sites. For your safety please do not stay here, there have also been other reviews of theft from hotel rooms so don’t leave anything of value in your room if you must stay here. Spend a few extra dollars and move closer to the city where the areas are safer and more people are around.

I actually want to thank for stuff. They were so helpful always and so kind. The rooms are clean. Some things could be better but it’s small issues. The location is very good. Bus stop is beside, train station beside, shops, restaurants, everything.

I lost my cell phone during a seine cruise and i needed to go online to deactivate my accounts, change the passwords...etc., and there was a technical issue with the PC in the lobby, so the night shift receptionist was helping me all the time, and when all the efforts failed to have it work, he offered his personal phone so I can log in and secure my accounts, he also made sure to log out and erase the history afterwards. Pros: - The night shift receptionist guy was extremely helpful. - Clean rooms. - Baggage storage available after check out. - About 10 min. walk to the nearest metro station. - Decent breakfast buffet. Cons: - Only 1 small lift is available. - No bathrooms in the lobby, they are in the basement. - There was a cat wondering around in the restaurant.

The room was recently renovated and quite decent. You can get a glimpse of the Eiffel from the room. Location is bad. Quite a long walk from the metro, especially when you have luggage. The hotel staff were rude and always in a bad mood

When we have arrived to hotel one of the receptionist couldn't find our booking. We waited for around 40 min to check in. Then with the help of other receptionist finally we check in. Staff need a training. In addition they were very rude by saying," wait why you are in hurry?" Excuse me, we were waiting for 40min. One day before we have requested to order a taxi to go to the airport and the receptionist said that taxi will cost us 35 euros. We were agreed. The next day the housekeeping lady asked us to leave at 10:15am bcz she has to clean, when the actual check out is 12pm. But it's fine we left the room to wait at the lobby. When we asked about our taxi which was ordered a day in advance, the morning shift receptionist was not aware. Simply said, "I don't know" Somehow taxi driver came on time and he took from us 57 euros from hotel to Orly airport when the reception team were confirmed 35 euros. Staff of the hotel are not professional at all, they don't have the basic knowledge of customer service. Please do not scrue your vocation by checking in this hotel. Highly and highly not recommending.
