Needed a very last minute hotel accepting a little dog. Called, and the lady told me sure, no problem. The rate was €85 for the night, but she agreed to give me a much better price at €35!!! Room was very simple with queen size bed TV and cable. Very quiet and comfortable. I recommend

My boyfriend booked this hotel as part of a surprise present for Valentine's day, and I certainly wasn't disappointed. Lovely welcome from the lady in reception who was really helpful throughout our stay. Lovely little terrace area that you go through to get to the rooms, where you have the option of Brunch at the weekend (didn't get a chance... More

I was referred to this hotel from conference I was attending. The registration process online was easy, the check-in & out were handled promptly and accurately. There is no elevator, so be prepared to use stairs with your luggage. Rooms are small, but very adequate. About 3 blocks from metro and roads dimly lit, so caution with night travel, but... More

The room was clean, not so big, but with bathroom/wc inside and tv The arrondissemant is ok and the hotel is a few minutes far from the metro porte d'Orleans and a cheap covered parking The only "problem" ? There was no lift

Friendly and comfortable. Near the tube and the tram. Very clean. The hotel has no lift but if you go with a baby, as it was our case, they give you a room in the first floor and you are allowed to keep the push chair in the ground floor.

The stay in Montsouris Orleans was great. Very nice people and a good price/quality ratio. The room was big enough but the bed was to small for two grownups. Its a good hotel for citytrips in a nice neighborhood in Paris!

Very non intrusive service. The room was good (but with no aircon), much better than expected at this price point (USD 173 Fri-Sun). Location is silent but some residence noise. Port d'Orleans is not exactly central but this is no problem unless you have to go home while the public transport is not moving. If you just need a nice... More

I was very well received, the room was very quite, in very good shape and very clean. The hotel is very well located (between porte d'Orléans and Cité Universitaire, which is ideal to take both line 4 and RER B). The breakfast was decent. I had a an incredibility good stay, especially for a cheap hotel in Paris!

Staying in Montparnasse

Neighbourhood Profile
Montparnasse
The namesake tower of Montparnasse dominates over the landscape but the fun part is the throbbing life that goes on below it. Bright lights, busy cinemas, brasseries and diners encompass hidden museums and parks to entertain the masses. Long avenues lead away from the tower to take you to unsuspecting places and historical monuments and treasures. In between lie adorable ivy-covered houses with beams and small gardens to match. Just a short metro ride away from the centre of Paris this neighbourhood has something for every hour of the day.
