Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I have stayed in many European hotels, but this room by far was the smallest I have ever slept. The room was so small I could not open my suitcase fully. The staff were okay with general questions. I got the impression they did not want to be bothered with too many tourist questions.

A short stay to the 3star hotel median for business purpose. Very nice hotel with enough space in the room very clean and nice breakfast. Is also very cheap in comparison to other 4star hotel in the same area which offer exact the same things!! Excellent choice!!

I was here for the Salon De la Plongee at Port Des Versailles. This was the best choice for hotel I have stayed in yet for this dive show. 15 min walk to Port Des Versailles. We were surprised as we arrived at 10 am and they let us check in to our rooms. We were just off the plane and the convention started at 10am so this allowed us to shower and freshen up before rushing out. Check in was friendly and fairly fast. Rooms are smallish but this is Paris, Ive stayed in much smaller! Place was clean, wifi was good, bed comfortable and shower hot! Breakfast was good and starts early at 6.30 am. My only complaint is the SLOW elevators! So take the stairs its good for you. Check out was a little slow and not as friendly. Overall a good choice for someone looking for a hotel in this area. Being just one person the size of the room in not as problematic but I could see it getting a little closed in with more people!

I wonder how this hotel is ranked so good? I wonder if any of these people who wrote good reviews have been in other hotels before or they just got out of prison before coming to this hotel? This hotel is a nightmare. Service is extremely bad , rooms are small and smelly. The bathtub and bed fits only dwarfs. And all this is not enough , at morning there was no hotel water and i had to take a bath with cold water at temperature of 4 degree. I called the receptionist and he said nothing he could do about it. Room 516. From 11-15 November 2019. The windows are not sound proof and every morning , you will wake up at 5 am from the noise of tramp which is next to the hotel.

I run an international booking systems for huge companies worldwide and have worked with hotel bookings since 2000. I therefore do stay a lot at hotels and never experienced anything like what I did at this hotel. In fact this is the first time I ever complain like this regarding a hotel booking. I thought you should know. I booked the hotel through our own system. I booked it because it was the listed hotel we had closest to where I had a very important meeting. I arrived at the hotel and talked to a person called Annie. She just said that booking was cancelled. I asked who had cancelled it. The tour operator she answered. I said I am the tour operator and I have for sure not cancelled it. She said well nothing she could do. Hotel was fully booked and she gave me a note showing it was cancelled. I said it was not written here who cancelled it. She just continued with other guests. Just to be sure I called our partner for this hotel contract. They checked in their system and no nothing was cancelled from them and no message regarding cancellation was ever received from the hotel. The partner called the hotel and talked to Annie and she just said the same to them. It was cancelled. So it wasn`t cancelled by us, or our partner. I then contacted the chain office in France. They also called up the hotel and to them she just said that the tour operator had cancelled it even though she just talked to the tour operator who told her they never cancelled it. I later wrote to the chain office with no answer. My guess is just that they got a huge group booking and cancelled themselves other reservations without informing. The service I received with no help to fix the situation, no compensations, no answers and just rude behaviour, I have never ever experienced at a hotel before. I therefore warn others about this hotel.

Basic 3 star hotel close to tram and metro line. The room was VERY small but clean and comfortable. Only given one small bottle of water in room for 2 people on the day of arrival. No further water given. Hotel staff were efficient but lacked social skills and did not make us feel welcome.

the positives: good location, metro right across street. RER station 10 minutes walk. supermarket 5 minutes walk. Super clean. Normal room size. we chose this because price wasn't too bad, and close to transportation. Although from Airport requires a transfer (both RER). The negative... we showed up early... didn't expect to have a room. we can tell the reception (the guy) wasn't in the best mood i guess and less politely received the response of check in is at 2pm..(well we know that).. with just arriving after a long flight we decide to stay regardless and rest in the lobby. after another attempt after a couple hours... noticed that a lot of the left luggage in the front has gone, so some people must have received their rooms already (also observed a lot of ppl taking the elevator up with their luggage).... after another hour, we realized the reception guy is now gone we approached the lady at the front now.. and now was able to receive the room right away...so the guy couldn't notified as even we were just 2 steps away?? if i were a front desk... knowing you have a guest waiting there the best thing to arrange would have been to have someone get our room set up asap... instead of having them wait 3 hours in the lobby... Thanks for the nice welcome to start our trip!

As soon as we opened our duvet, we found some dark marks on the sheet. They looked like some dark liquid (like blood) or mucus sprayed over the sheet. We noticed that one of the pillows and foot cover had the same issue, so we called the reception. It took us several trials to get through the reception as they were very slow in answering the call. When we explained the problem, the receptionist asked back saying why we did not tell the cleaners earlier. So we explained that was the first time we opened the bed after checking in. He then told us to wait. Several minutes later the receptionist with a pair of glasses (with a thick black frame) wearing black suit came to our room, and almost threw a new bedsheet on my hand (I had a wrist surgery one month before the surgery so I was totally single-handed) wanted to leave. As he was about to rush back, I stopped him to ask if there is anyone who could put the sheet on for me as I couldn’t put the sheet on the bed being single-handed, or if he could let us use a different room given the obvious hygiene issues. His answer was that he won’t do anything about it because doing any of those was not his job. I asked him to at least have a look at how dirty the sheet was so that he can report it, but he stubbornly refused. I told him that I was not able to change the sheet by myself because I had a bad wrist, and he literally said “So what? If it is dirty and not cleaned then that’s what it is”. And as I was asking if he expected me to just sleep on the bed with clear hygiene issues, half way through my sentence, he turned back and left the room. I travel for business and leisure regularly, but this is by far the worst experience and service I have ever had from a hotel. I had to use my fractured wrist with severe pain to at least cover the dirty area to try to sleep.

As it has a perfect location to Balard Metro station, we went for this hotel once again. Ok, rooms are not that big, and the bathroom is small. But, you are in PARIS, who needs a big room? Perfect hotel, and the biggest plus, they have a private parking. See you next year!

Staff were excellent when they discovered that booking.com had failed to book a double room and breacfasts. Right on the Metro and a bit of a walk to the Eifel tower.. Lift to the car park was not working which was a bit of a pain on such a hot day. Bathroom shower was immaculate. Breakfast , the bacon was really undercooked. The bacon, beans and egg was stone cold. The heating and air conditioning did not work and no one turned up to check it out.Median Paris Porte de Versailles
