Stayed here on 30th January after seeing a band at Olympia. I let them know in advance we we're visiting for an 18th birthday and we're pleasantly surprised with sweets and a card. Great central location, clean and friendly staff. Also very good value with free drinks and snacks available. Good breakfast.

We stayed 8 nights in Dec 2016. Location: 5 balls Granted it's not prime prime in Champ Elysees, but the longer we stayed there, the more we loved the location. It's 2 streets away from the little shopping world - Galaries Lafayette - and we just love walking around there with the crowd. Very near several metro. Service: 5 balls...

Very nice hotel, amazing location (close to public transport, shops, restaurants opening late, etc). The free soft drinks and afternoon/evening snack buffet is a really nice touch. AC worked perfectly (over 35 degrees in Paris last time I was there). Only minuses: the single rooms are rather very small, but well arranged so it does not feel tiny. Not cheap too...

This Astotel is run by very pleasant staff who are efficient and keen that you enjoy your stay. Rooms are spotless although facing the street has a little street noise, and breakfast is fresh, plentiful and a perfect start to the day. No bar or restaurant but the street is full of cafes bars and restaurants. Good value off peak...

This is a very central hotel, near Opera so great location. They do a free soft drinks and snacks bar in the evening so great addition versus normal hotels. There is no alcoholic bar but lots of places around to eat and drink. Good location for a short visit to Paris.

This place is centrally located to many shops, restaurants and public transportation. The hotel was recently renovated but the elevator (lift) and carpet could use a replacement. Use the stairs if necessary. We sent our luggage in the lift by themselves just because we didn't want to be surprised by the creepy hydrolycs. Rooms are tiny but what more can...

I recently stayed here with my wife and baby girl. We were welcomed nicely by the receptionist. As is customary in Paris, spaces are very small but the hotel's architecture and design takes advantage of this. Although the elevator is a little small and so are the hallways, this is in favor of spaceous rooms. Rooms are nicely equiped, with...

It is very well located, close to city center and next to metro and RER station. There are many restaurants around to have dinner. Hotel is quite comfortable except for a few things: - room next to elevator is relatively small - you hear elevator operating and people wallking outside of the room - shower was a bit small for...

Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighbourhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighbourhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theatres, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
