The hotel has views of the city of Paris in every room, and the Skytop bar has views of the Eiffel Tower. Incidentally, we did go to the bar which requires that you spend a minimum of 50 EU per person. They really only served appetizers and they were amazing. It was 130 EU for dessert and 3 appetizers along with 2 glasses of champagne.
The room was very clean and had a large safe for our valuables. The outlets were mostly European but there was a US style outlet and a UK outlet.
The location is near shopping centers and there are a ton of food establishments within walking distance.
The bed was very comfortable for sleeping and the shower had a handheld unit as well as a large shower head with plenty of room for 2.
The breakfast is expensive at 32 EU, so we skipped it in favor of a nearby restaurant.
It was an excellent hotel for couples and it deserves its 4 star of 5 rating.
They are pretty firm on the arrival time of 3:00 PM, so if you arrive early, you need to have alternate plans.
I am normally a Marriott loyalist, but I got this hotel through JetBlue vacations.

Our family of 4 was quite impressed by this hotel. Rooms are quite spacious and the check in process was seamless. There are toiletries provided in the bathroom, which is a nice touch. The location of this hotel is a bit out but there is a train station nearby, which helps. Supermarket literally next door, which is great.
The only thing that was a bit of a letdown was breakfast. The selection is great, a big range to choose from, but I found most of the 'hot' food cold (eggs, bacon, pancakes ... all cold). For the price we were paying for this, I found this disappointing and surprising. Not sure why this is the case? Bit of a letdown, but otherwise, quite a good hotel.
A filtered water tap, especially during summer, would not go astray in the lobby, to allow travellers the chance to fill up before heading out.

Extremley disappointed with our stay at pullman hotel for the amount of money paid. We(my, wife and 2 year toddler) stayed there 4 nights and service provided by hotel was below par
or maybe we were expecting too much for basic things idk..

1) First night we asked for extra blanket as our toddler was sleeping in between us and we didnt want to use single a blanket as it might cover him entirely in midfle but house keeping never showed up with blanket. I called again next morning, they said they are sending one, never showed up, i called again
2nd night for third time and it never came. We gave up after that. I am sure there was no language barrier and they understood what we were asking for but failed to provide.

2) About after 2 days into our stay, the bath soap had ran out, we had gotten house cleaning done every day and we
hoped that they would notice and refill it but was never refilled. For a 4 star hotel, pullman provided 1 star service. We sudnt have to remind housekeeping of
how to do thier job and what to refill.

3) Apprently we asked for too many water bottles amd they had to remind us that it would cost 11euro per bottle from there on. I have stayed at many hotels and resorts before, never had issue with asking for water or to be reminded of outrageous cost. Hey pullman maybe loose the fancy glass bottles for aesthetic and actully provided proper service to your guests

4) Room temp heat- does not work, even if you set it to maximum heat setting, room feels so cold. We had to put extra layers on our toddler so he wudnt feel cold.

I dont think i wud ever stay at any off accor chainhotels. Terrible service

Instead of replying back with standard we are sorry blah blah blah. Actully look into this and fix problem.

Dear Crana25, Thank you for taking the time to share your stay experience with us. We regret the delays in providing an extra blanket and bath soap refills, and we are notifying the housekeeping team to ensure such lapses do not recur. We are also sorry for the misunderstanding regarding the additional water bottles as the information about the charge is, within our usual standards, clearly communicated during check-in. The entire Pullman Paris Montparnasse hope that you will consider giving us another chance to provide you with a memorable guest experience in the future. Sincerely yours, Christoph Merz, Hotel manager

We stayed as a family in a family room with two children aged 10 and 12. The room is large and has two double beds. It was comfortable for us.This hotel is not cheap but was pretty good value in relation to other comparable hotels in Paris

To travel to central Paris and all the sights is pretty easy on the metro, You can also take a taxi or Uber which we paid about €15 from central Paris. There are lots of restaurants locally if you don’t want to go into town for dinner with the family.

We did have a look at the Italian restaurant within the hotel but it’s not really suitable for children.

The checkin staff are excellent as is the concierge service who try their hardest to help you. They even provide us with umbrellas when it was raining.

Perhaps a weak point of the hotel is the breakfast and the service at breakfast. The selection of food is OK but it’s a bit chaotic.

Overall i would recommend they hotel for families or couples as a reasonably good value decent hotel in Paris .
There is a skybar ( we didn’t go as children not allowed)

The sky bar run separately from the hotel and you need to book on their separate website.

Wonderful, helpful staff. Very pricey breakfast (35 euro/person). Plenty of options outside. Rooms and floors have discordant numbers (e.g., 20th floor may have rooms beginning with 24xx). Elevators to the rooms operate only with room key, but once you understand this it's simple unless you want to go to a different floor to see a friend since the elevator will not take you there. Otherwise, I like the elevators which are efficient, frequent and plentiful you just have to locate the one going to your floor. The rooms are very nice with a minibar and ice to be found outside in separate space. Concierge services are on the first floor (registration is on the second floor which you can access by elevator, escalator or stairs). But the staff at both places are friendly and eager to help you (and them to learn). To go to the rooftop in the hotel requires that you to pay 50 euros per person that is guarding the elevator to the roof unless you go up after 11 pm. I object to this charge by the hotel for guests staying there, and the view is not worth it in my opinion. The hotel is across from the Montparnasse Gare and there are many good restaurants in the vicinity including at least three major grocery stores along with some interesting sites and streets to walk through. A metro is very close by.

A Rom-Com script does not play out better than this. In fact, if I saw it in a movie, I might question its feasibility.
My girlfriend and I stayed there for six days.
The rooms were clean and the beds were great. The shower designs tried to hard in every room (I will explain how we go to several in a moment), and simply garnered water all over the floor.

While the hotel was lovely, we had multiple problems:
On night three, we were awakened in the middle of the night by someone smoking in either a room nearby or in the hallway.
I called down at 3:30 AM to complain and was told security would be sent. The smell did not dissipate for hours and we were up until 5:30 AM, having to get up at 6:30 a.m. for our itinerary. Not a good night at all.
Upon our return from our plans, we went to the front desk and asked what had happened and if the person was spoken with. They said they had not spoken with the smoker and initially suggested we just "see what happens and call if there is a problem."
Not a good solution, as we would possibly be awoken again by the smoke, and I mentioned this.
They kindly moved us to another room on the 31st floor, citing an upgrade.
Upon arrival in our new room, we laid down as we were tired and immediately started hearing noise over our heads.
We called the front desk and asked what was over us. They said they would get back to us. My partner said, "Can you please find out? We don't want to be making this same call at 9:00 PM tonight.
At 9:30 PM, we still had not received the call but did hear very loud dance music from above us. We called down to complain and it turns out, we were moved to right below their nightclub, the Skybar, and the very thing we had hoped would not happen (a late night call) was happening, as no one remedied the problem.
We were moved again. This time to the 27th floor.
The room was fine, but on our last day, as we were trying to rest before leaving, we were blasted by a loud fire alarm. Afraid for our lives, we dashed down the stairs in states of undress and eventually made it down to the lobby.
When we got there, we were met by staff who comedically had a piece of paper that we never received stating that they were to be holding fire drills on our floor. We had not been informed and thought the hotel was on fire!
The hospitality manager, Florencia, tried to take care of us, getting us some breakfast and wiping the last breakfast off of our bill.
She went to look into refunding us several days but told us that as we bought the bundle through BJs (a nightmare in and of itself), we would have to look to get this taken care of through BJs.
We never got comped for the room, just a breakfast.

If offered, I would stay there again as the accommodations were nice, but what a frenetic fiasco.
Maybe, some fodder for a script, if nothing else.

We had a fantastic 5 nights stay with our 2 kids at Pullman Montparnasse. We arrived around noon and our room wasn’t ready yet so we had to wait a bit. We were offered drinks and snacks while waiting for check-in, and we were upgraded to a two-bed interconnecting family room on the 20th floor with great views of Paris. We absolutely loved our room.

The rooms were of great sizes and sparkly clean with sustainable bath amenities. However, there was no bathtub which was disappointing for a family room. There was also no iron in the room, but we requested for one and it was provided promptly.

The service was consistently great at all levels, and the staff went the extra mile to make our stay wonderful (eg. anticipating our needs and always chatting/playing with our kids). The hotel seemed busy during our stay but we didn’t feel this at all.

Breakfast buffet had a huge selection of food except they didn’t provide French toast and avocado which was a bit weird. And they always ran of pancakes!

Cons:
Our stay was prepaid but our card was debited for no reason on our last day (in addition to the €550 holding fee that was taken on our first day). Staff explained that this was a mistake and will be sorted out same day. However, it took several emails and nearly two weeks later for our money to be refunded and we weren’t pleased at all.

Overall, we loved our stay and would return when next we’re in Paris.

The hotel is newly renovated and looks very nice and it is very large which kind of makes is a bit soul-less.

They are trying very hard to give good service but it ends up being a hassle. I was greeted by a person when I walked in and he started to input my details in his iPad. I thought that I was being checked in but that was the concierge and I spent about 5 minutes with him. I then took the escalator to level 2 where the actual check in happened. I was given so much information that my check in took well over 10 minutes even though there was no que.

Room was ok but they have crammed too much furniture in there which made it difficult to move around the bed.

Wanted to have a drink in the bar after dinner but found that the lights were too bright and it didn't have any ambiance so we decided to go elsewhere.

I did not have breakfast included and tried to add that at check-in but that wasn't allowed. I was told to add to the room in the morning and then settle at check-out. At breakfast I first had to wait in line and then when trying to add my room to get charged for breakfast, they staff had to find yet another person so I ended up leaving without breakfast.

In my opinion the service doesn't run smoothly and even a simple task, like having breakfast charged to my room was difficult.

Location is great, I will come to the area again, but not to this hotel.

Staff at reception are incredibly Friendly. We got a room with a view but there isn’t anything fantastic about the view. Everything is very new since the hotel opened last year. We also couldn’t go up to the sky bar since we were told it was too busy. I wished the bathrooms would have doors not just a curtain, and it would help if the shower area had a shower door too to prevent water splashing out.
