This hotel doesn t deserve 4 stars. First beds are not comfortable when u book a kingsize bed you have 2 small beds... No coffee machine, no free water. At night many people are shouting in the corridors... Rooms are small. But you have a lot of tv channels which is cool. It s very clean.

Choosing to stay at this hotel for my business trip was the biggest mistake ever. Except for the proximity to the bank's premises that I was to have meetings in, there is no other positive factor. Being a 4star hotel, I was greatly disappointed in the service rendered. On check-in, the reception was cold - and I thought maybe it...

As an urban/town planner, the hotel building had a bad first impression on me; however, once you're in it, it wasn't too bad at all...quite quirky in a way. The restaurant's breakfast staff went above and beyond to get us our breakfast on the first morning after getting to the hotel very late at 1 am & missing the breakfast...

stayed in Jan 2017. the staff changed my towels , even though it is specified on the mirror that they should do so only if the towels are in the bathtub. therefore that sign is greenwashing only, with no real action taken to save water. fitness room is in front of the elevators. and that with average overall value adds...

Friendly staff, room is OK, however to open the room door with the key card is a challenge. General maintenance could be improved. Bathroom is lovely. Breakfast buffet is nice. Metro 7 station from the hotel is just a few steps.

I've stayed at the Forest Hill hotel a few times and I have not been dossapointed once. The rooms are a bit small compared to standard 4 star hotels, but they are comfortable. I noticed that some of the standard rooms are bigger than others. It is connected with metro line 7 which takes you directly to Opera. It is...

I stayed here 3 nights for work and given the 4 star rating and price of rooms i was expecting something half decent......however i was very disappointed! This hotel felt run down with staff that didnt seem to want to be there. The service in the bar was slow and the food average. Breakfast wasnt much better with cold sausages...

I stayed 16~18th Nov. 2016 for business visiting, and just it was just disastrous. Front dest wasn't kind at all even they aren't available much. I requested just 1 hour late-checkout but they requested extra charge. Facilities are terrible also. Gym was jusy equipped with 2 treadmills and bikes, and it opens 7 in the morning. So i couldn't use...

One of the worst hotels I've ever been to, I visit SIAL every year, probably this will be my last time to book at this horrible hotel. People at the reception are very unwelcoming, the apply strange rules like locking a 100 euros off your credit card or removing the mini bar!!! Rooms are very small, hotel is very noisy....

Staying in La Villette

Neighbourhood Profile
La Villette
This futuristic landscape has come to define the northeast of Paris. The Saint-Denis canal is framed with luscious lawns and metallic buildings over a wide-open space. Home to Europe's largest science museum, this area rewards daytime and nighttime explorations; there are three concert spaces, plus cinemas and bars, and even open-air cinema in the summer. The surrounding homes are a sharp contrast to the futuristic space. Though on the outskirts of Paris, La Villette is worth the short Metro ride from the centre.
