Quaint boutique hotel in the Latin district. Perfect location to many sites and a very safe neighbourhood. Very friendly, helpful staff and breakfast was great. AC perhaps could have worked a bit better but it was 38C in Paris those days!
We were lucky enough to visit Paris again and stay at this great local small hotel.
It was a family trip and the others had not stayed here and one had not been to Paris before. It was a very good location for exploring and...More
Could not fault the friendly accommodating staff.
I requested a room with a balcony and had the most beautiful views.
My room was spacious, immaculately clean, modern, updated and comfortable.
It even had a kitchenette and microwave, if you wanted to eat in.
We just returned three days ago from our five-night stay in Paris at Hotel Residence Henri IV. We highly recommend this property. It is a small, boutique hotel, but clean, nicely appointed and staffed with helpful and friendly employees!

The Latin Quarter bursts with intellectual life, architectural splendour and ongoing merriment. The small streets are filled with classical buildings, student bars and lively eateries while the squares are dominated by historic monuments. The area is defined by the 800-year-old Sorbonne University, where Latin once prevailed, and is famous for the Pantheon which celebrates the great men and women of France. During
the day students rush from classes to the library and intellectuals people watch from the terraced cafés. As night time falls the surrounding establishments fill up and the merriment really begins. The liveliest parts are around Rue Mouffetard, lined with crêperies and international street food eateries, and Place de la Contrescarpe characterised by terraced brasseries, this neighbourhood provides real nourishment for the mind, belly, and soul.

Yes, we work with a dry cleaning/laundry service. You can leave your clothes on the morning (before 10:00 am) and have them cleaned on the evening. There is a form to fill with price list which is available in every room. If you need a self service laundromat, there are two of them in neighborhood at less than 5 minutes walk. There is also a complete laundry service close by where you can get your clothes cleaned in one days time.

The closest is Mauber-Mutualité, but it is not the only one that can serve you in the area. I think it's worth mentioning that bus 63, which is about 25 meters (very, very near) will take you to many tourist points while you *see* not only a good part of Saint Germain de Près, but the Seine River, the Trocadero and Eiffel tower. The 63 is possibly the best bus line to get to important places while you see the beauty of Paris, and not the Paris metro walls. I tottally recommend it.
