Loved this hotel !! Very modern decor with free WIFI and location is simply perfect. Walking distance to Galleries Lafayette. Elevator was tiny and I could barely fit into it with my suitcase but it is expected in Europe. Will most definitely recommend this charming hotel to any traveller who wants to be centrally located.

My cousin and I stayed here for 3 days over thanksgiving cute hotel, very charming and it had an old world feel. Real key that you left at the front desk every-time you left the hotel. I loved it! The bed was comfortable and the room was bigger than I expected for Paris. The water pressure in the shower was...

If you are looking for a 5-star hotel this doesn't quite make it, but if you are after a clean, comfortable, friendly hotel, this is it! Love this quaint hotel! Rooms are compact but adequate. A good sized bathroom, however toilet room barely big enough for a regular sized adult...oh well, we managed. Elevator barely big enough for one adult...

We stayed 1 night with my girlfriend and the experience was simply horrible. From the moment we arrived the receptionist was rude to us. We payed an extra fee and booked the "superior room" and got the smallest room I've ever seen in my life. The toilet was so small that I had to play Tetris with my body to...

Positives: 8 minute walk from the metro station 15 minutes on the metro to the Eiffel Tower An abundance of shops and restaurants located near by Alexander (receptionist) is a gentleman. He has excellent English and I heard him speaking with other guests in German and Spanish. Negatives: The room was very small, but was still fine, nothing that would...

Location is excellent. Walking distance to Gare du Norde/de l’Este Notre Damme, Louvre, etc. Also, it’s tucked away from the busy streets, so it makes the hotel in a fairly quiet area – at least as quiet as it can be in the centre. The interior has obviously been updated to give it a more contemporary flaire. It is an...

Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighbourhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighbourhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theatres, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
