This must be one of my favorite hotels in Paris. I have stayed there two times this year and first just with my husband in a regluar room with a balcony (which was fantastic) and then few weeks later with my whole family. We rented the top suite with an extra room and it was totally wonderful. This is a... More

I was there with a friend, for a casual / business meeting - we are 27 and 28 years old - we were sitting in the lobby in one of the 2 salons, while a couple of two (aged around 40 and who weren't client of the hotel) were sitting in the other. A group of 6 persons and residents... More

Dear Madam, You talked to our GM over the phone the next day regarding what happened that night. Our Maître d'Hôtel is a very kind person always willing to satisfy everyone. You and your friend did spend quite some time that night with a tea on the couch, enjoying the fireplace. No need to over-react, you've been asked kindly. Best... More

Nice service, great location, and friendly reception. The only minus was the service at the restaurant, a little slow (but guess if you are not in a rush then no problem). The room was quite big and the bathroom was great. There are not many rooms so quite cosy.

As a Company, we have used the Hotel on several occasions and never been disappointed. The service has always been friendly and efficient. The breakfast was delicious and the room was everything you would expect from a luxury hotel with no detail overlooked, I would highly recommend the whole experience.

This is a wonderful hotel which knows customer service which is hard to find in Paris The pictures don't do the rooms justice for once they are actually nicer in real life but what makes this place stand out is their customer service.
