Friendly staff in reception, helpfully assisting us with places to go and their opening times.
Breakfast is good with a choice of cereals, croissants, jam, fruit, yogurts, etc. Coffee machine available.Although we had no problem, the basement breakfast room is fairly small and may get full in the busier holiday months.
Netspresso pod coffees/ herbal teas and Lindt chocolates (!) available in the lobby.
You don't need to bring Apple i-Phone adaptor plugs as cord sockets are available in each room
One negative point for decaff.coffee drinkers: none is available neither at breakfast nor in the lobby so bring your own and use the in-room kettle!

This is a small hotel minutes away from the main streets of the Latin Quarter, Sorbonne, Notre Dame and a Metro station. Hotel is clean, room was nice with a beautiful bathroom. A 10 minute cab ride from Gare d'Lyon. They have a small but efficient breakfast room in the basement and the staff at the hotel is always friendly and professional. Would stay here again.

The most wonderful staff I have ever dealt with, they met every request we made and even made a special effort for us on our anniversary weekend. The room was very comfortable with a lovely view onto the charming, Parisian buildings. Location is ideal, in the heart of the Latin Quarter, only a walk away from landmarks such as the Notre-Dame and the Panthéon. Métro stations very close by. There is complementary coffee and water in the lobby. Nespresso machine in the rooms. All round a fantastic experience and we would definitely stay here again.

They tell you that they have reserved a parking spot but they dont have it! Because of this we had to park somewhere else that costs us much more money and costs us more time. They offered us to stay one night extra for €70 so they can receive extra money instead of giving us money back!! Rude and onprofessional. Also the elevator smells like dirty sweat.

Dear Miss, Our respectful hotel has few parking slots available as it’s located in the center of Paris. What happened with you is clearly a misunderstanding. we wouldn’t let someone making some disrespectful comments as you did without giving you a clear a real answer according to this situation. First, we proposed you a compensation as we weren’t able to give you a parking slot, an interesting reduction and a biggest room for your stay then, you’ve started threatened us with a bad comment on our website if we don’t give you a free night. Our hotel made its reputation with respectful clients. Next time you travel to Paris please respect the hard work that all the parisians hotel did during this tough period with the pandemic and never blackmail a great comment for money. I hope this message will reach you well and make you think about what you did. Best regards The management

The payment processes at this hotel are terrible. I booked online directly with the hotel, which asks for card details as a guarantee - no problem with this, as it’s standard practice. When I checked in, payment was requested, which again is quite normal.

However, when I checked my bank a few days later, I found the confirmed payment had gone through fine, but there was an identical amount that was ‘pending’ or ‘on hold’! This meant that the money (several hundred euros) was unavailable to me until the pending transaction dropped off. I don’t know why there was a pending transaction as full payment had already been taken at check in, so this in itself was annoying. However, pending transactions usually drop off after a few days at most, so I waited.

A week later it was still there and the money was still unavailable to me. At this point I emailed the hotel to be simply told ‘we haven’t charged you twice, there is no problem’. I emailed back explaining that there was clearly a problem that had nothing to do with my bank, and I didn’t receive a response. I then emailed again asking why there had been no response, only to be told basically the same thing. A few more emails back and forth and a phone call later, I was told ‘Yes this is NORMAL, it will drop off eventually at some point’. In actual fact it took an entire MONTH for this money to be released back to me.

This is absolutely outrageous and the blasé attitude of the hotel is difficult to comprehend - they didn’t seem to think it was a problem that, due to their own payment processes, customers could be left for a whole month without access to funds. It was fortunate that I had enough money in my account to deal with this deficit for the month, but if I hadn’t, then the hotel made it clear they would do nothing other than just ‘wait’. Absolutely nowhere is this temporary ‘double charge’ mentioned. From looking at previous reviews, it seems I’m not the only one who’s had this experience.

I honestly cannot recommend the hotel for this situation alone, even though the hotel itself has a lot going for it - clean, comfortable, great location.

The room was very tiny. Stains all over the bedding/floor and bathroom tiles were broken.

There were ants in the bathroom and the air conditioning system constantly leaked resulting in us getting next to no sleep due to the sound of dripping constantly.

Hotel is a good location. Around 15 minute walk to Cathédrale Notre-Dame, and 35 minute walk to The Louvre Museum. About 10 minutes from The Pantheon. We hired electric scooters to get about which was easy, and took approx 25 mins on an electric scooter to get to Eiffel Tower.

Cute personal hotel in a great location. Friendly staff. A very comfortable bed. Slight noise from the underground trains so wear earplugs if noise sensitive. Smart modern bathroom and amenities. Great bars and restaurants nearby. Just right for a few days in Paris.

The place is a dump. Damaged walls and equipment, stained carpet, stained sheet (with hairs on them). Many things in the room don't work. Disgusting breakfast, and nasty staff attitude. Their booking system will hold funds against your credit card, even after you've paid for the room in full, even though their website says they won't do this. Then they will accuse you of lying if you dare to ask them about this.

hello, Yes there is a possibility to arrange a shuttle service from the hotel to the airport , the transfert will cost 18 EUROS per person, if you are more than 2 PERSONS and 26euros if the transfer is for a single person. From the airport it will be a same price but it could be complicated for a shuttle company if the plane are delayed or there is a wrong information about a gate exit.
