We booked a triple room. Staff greeting was rude. Make a difference to your stay to see unfriendly staff. Well it was just one lady there. Can't comment on the guy as saw him on the last day but I got a smile out of him when he said aurevoir! Rooms were ok but bathroom shower

We had a nightmare booking via Booking.com when I reserved a "deluxe twin" for myself and daughter, and was then told by the hotel email that I'd booked a small double. Email communications with the hotel didn't solve this and they refused to provide a refund (one person agreed

Nice area, tired Hotel, quiet, nice staff in breakfastroom, bad service in expedition, practical situated nearby Metro Pigalle - 3stars is enough! Perhaps we will come back - we liked to live nearby all small cafes and restaurants in the area.

My third time staying in this hotel. Take it from a returning customer, the rooms need upgrading: our fridge didn't work, the shower sprayed all over the place, loose tiles in the bathroom,... not what you expect when booking a 4-star hotel. Bed was OK but pillows were goddamn

Good location with a very nice view. Nice hotel to sleep over and explore the city. Good breakfast and Wi-Fi. Hotel is clean although it would need some reparations (bed frame and shower). Receptionist are nice and very helpful. Good tips on restaurants and nearby places. There

We had a standard room and it was sufficient for our stay, it wasn’t the most sumptuously decorated room I’ve ever been in, but then the main purpose of a room is to sleep and use as a base. Ours had an ensuite bathroom with shower, plenty of storage space and a safe. Pretty much standard across all hotels in my experience. As Paris is an expensive place, I’d say go for a standard room and use your money elsewhere to enhance your stay. We never tried the breakfast at the hotel as we chose to eat out each day, but you can get breakfast for around €10 in cafes nearby ( out of the hotel entrance, turn left and there are at least two on opposite corners of the first junction you come to.) Be advised that the centre of Paris gets very expensive: we ate “breakfast” prior to going up the Eiffel Tower, at a cafe about two streets away from the tower, and it cost €33 for a coffee, a glass or orange juice and a pain au chocolate. In that respect €17 isn’t quite as bad, and of course it depends what you get for your money.

Do you have a bath tab in a classic twin?
I stayed in a room with one other person and had two twins. We had a small tub and shower combination (small by American standards, not sure about European ones).

The information book in the hotel room says you can check out late but they may charge extra. Eurostar is no more than a fifteen minute walk. We found Paris an easy city to walk around, the hotel is about 40 minute walk from Eiffel Tower.
