Good points: The view from the roof top! The location (just on the outskirts of Montmartre). Supermarket next door. Pigalle metro about 100m away. Cafes for breakfast nearby. Nice restaurants. The staff aren’t as rude as the other reviews make out. Bad points: Our room was

We read all previous reviews on the Eurostar on the way. We were not looking forward to it and that’s being honest. When we got there all our concerns were laid to rest. We were greeted by friendly staff. The room was comfortable. The stay was good although a lot of noise from

Great hotel in great location. Firstly 20 min walk from Gare du Nord. (Easy from Eurostar). Great location in Montmartre. Short walk to lots of bars and restaurants and a short steep walk up to Sacre couer ( cable car if you need) Staff really friendly and helpful. Rooms a bit

This hotel is in desperate need of updating. The elevator wasn't always working. The location is convenient, but the neighborhood does feel a little rough at night. Rooftop views are gorgeous, but not worth the stay until some remodeling is done.

This place was a rat hole. I mean just horrible. The staff are rude and unfriendly. The building is in serious disrepair. There were broken tiles, burnt-out light bulbs. Wires hanging out of the wall that went no where. The radiator in our room made a very loud dripping sound

We had a standard room and it was sufficient for our stay, it wasn’t the most sumptuously decorated room I’ve ever been in, but then the main purpose of a room is to sleep and use as a base. Ours had an ensuite bathroom with shower, plenty of storage space and a safe. Pretty much standard across all hotels in my experience. As Paris is an expensive place, I’d say go for a standard room and use your money elsewhere to enhance your stay. We never tried the breakfast at the hotel as we chose to eat out each day, but you can get breakfast for around €10 in cafes nearby ( out of the hotel entrance, turn left and there are at least two on opposite corners of the first junction you come to.) Be advised that the centre of Paris gets very expensive: we ate “breakfast” prior to going up the Eiffel Tower, at a cafe about two streets away from the tower, and it cost €33 for a coffee, a glass or orange juice and a pain au chocolate. In that respect €17 isn’t quite as bad, and of course it depends what you get for your money.

I stayed in a room with one other person and had two twins. We had a small tub and shower combination (small by American standards, not sure about European ones).

The information book in the hotel room says you can check out late but they may charge extra. Eurostar is no more than a fifteen minute walk. We found Paris an easy city to walk around, the hotel is about 40 minute walk from Eiffel Tower.
