Stayed here last year and promised them a review after what was a really nice, 3 day break. Very friendly and helpful and really nice management/owners. The rooms were spotless, nicely furnished in a period style and surprisingly spacious for a big city, though we did have an upgraded and slightly larger room.

The outlook over the Pantheon is fantastic, though we had a lovely quiet, rear room. We were directed to a couple of superb local restaurants by the helpful desk clerk and nothing seemed too much trouble for the staff, who even called taxis and carried luggage out to them for us. Lots of restaurants and cafes locally and a splendid pancake shop 100m down the road. Good transport links too. We will be back.

Dear RealCaroline01, Thank you very much for taking some time to review our hotel with such a lovely comment. We are very happy to hear that you enjoyed every aspect of your parisian stay, from the location of the hotel to our staff kindness and professionalism. It is true that the Pantheon place is calm, and even a room facing it remains quiet. We would be very pleased to welcoming you back and wish you all the best. Warm regards, Laura Deputy Manager

We stayed here for 5 nights in August to celebrate a 50th birthday. We stayed in a superior double room which had lovely views across the Panthéon. The room itself was lovely - fairly small but beautifully decorated in an art deco style and we had a nice, clean compact bathroom with a bath and shower over it . The room had air con which was a blessing in the middle of a heatwave. The only slight negatives were 1. On booking (with Secret Escapes), it was stated we would receive a half bottle of champagne in our room one day as well as a souvenir gift which would have been perfect to help our celebrations but we received neither. 2. While the evening front desk staff were all very welcoming, the staff in the day rarely acknowledged us, with one ignoring us every time we said bonjour which felt a little uncomfortable. Our booking included breakfast which was a good way to start the day and had enough options for both of us - fresh fruit, breads, cheeses, scrambled eggs were great for a veggie! The hotel has a small bar and we had welcome drinks there which we actually had on our second night to toast Joanna's 50th. On the whole a pleasant stay and a hotel we wouldn't rule out if we wanted to stay in that area again.

This hotel is on a square, in the middle of which, sits the Pantheon. The Pantheon construction started in 1757 and is now a repository for famous French citizens.

The area where the hotel sits is in the Latin Quarter of Paris and near Sorbonne University. Many nights’ young people gather in Pantheon Square where they socialize, sometimes, until early in the morning. Although the room we stayed in was on the fourth floor facing Pantheon Square, noise was not a problem.

The room was smallish, say three feet of open space on either side of a queen sized bed. The room had separate toilet and shower rooms off a short hallway connecting the bedroom with the hallway. The room was very clean. There was a small refrigerator that was a refrigerator in name only, it cooled to about 60 degrees give or take a few degrees.

The hotel was very nice, as were the Front Desk personnel. The hotel is located near many sites in Paris such as: The Eiffel Tower, the Gare du Nord, the Louvre and the Musee d’Orsay, plus many restaurants. All of these were accessed ether by a short to medium length walk or via the RER B and RER C trains, which can be accessed at the Luxembourg Metro Station, a four or five block walk from the hotel. We also were able to take the RER B and then the RER C to visit Versailles and we took the RER B from CDG airport to the Luxembourg Metro Station on are arrival to Paris. Use “Directions” in Google Maps and chose the Trains option to map metro options.

I would definitely stay there again.

We had a group of three couples that stayed at the hotel. Our group moved on after spending 5 days in Paris to Hôtel Anne d'Anjou, Saumur, France

I had a couple of nights in Paris before flying out of CDG and this was one place I found to be convenient and also, delightful. The location is superb in Latin Quarter and just a three min walk from the nearest pharmacy that offered a rapid Covid test for 25 E. Everyone at the front desk was friendly and supportive. I had requested a room with a balcony and they obliged. The room was typical of a Parisian hotel, a very small room but it was artsy, cozy and perfect for one person. The balcony was large and inviting. The bathroom was tiny and immaculate with great water pressure. The building was probably several hundred years old but I didn't hear a peep from my neighbors. The old school telephone was a nice touch and a hipster's dream. I ended up not taking the B train out of the Luxembourg train stop which was six mins by foot. It was raining and cold. I called an uber driver and the lovely gentleman who was manning the desk at 6 AM ran out in the rain to help me flag down the car. I will definitely stay here again.

Dear madam HelenHalifornia, Thank you very much for your kind message and lovely pictures of the room you stayed in at Les Dames du Pantheon. We are very pleased to hear that you enjoyed the location and the confort of the room. You booked a Classic room and ask for a balcony, but in this category we only have 2 of them, so we made our best to provide you one of them as you were staying a long time. Regarding the building it has several hundred years indeed, but we never had any document stating the exact date of construction. From the design of the staircases to the vaulted cave with apparent stones and the wood beam in the rooms, we could establish the building from the end of the 17th century. Yet, it remains very quiet and has preserved the charm of its time. We were glad to welcoming you and would be most pleased to seeing you again ! Best regards, Laura Deputy manager

A charming, intimate hotel in the shadow of Le Panthéon, a rather quiet corner of Paris. The rooms are not too small, which -in this price range- is a rare treat. They all have their own, daring color scheme.
You can easily walk to the Louvre museum: it takes about 25’.

It was our 4 or 5 visits of the hotel. As always, we enjoyed our stay there. It's a really nice luxury boutique hotel. Quiet, perfectly located with great amenities.
Do not expect huge rooms, since it's located in an old building. But we had plenty of space to store our 3 suitcases and 3 bags. The room are super comfortable and the view of the Panthéon is exceptional. If you are on a higher floor, you can enjoy a view of the Sacré Coeur. The staff is always helpful. The location is perfect, with plenty of bars restaurants in the area (a nice bakery is right at the corner if you prefer to enjoy French goodies instead of the hotel breakfast). With Covid rate high at the time of our visit, we decided to only walk or use cabs. Your are about 15 minutes away from Notre dame. The Jardin du Luxembourg is 2 block away. We always enjoy a walk through the garden and then down to the Bon Marché (20minutes). You can easily get a cab on the way back if you went crazy shopping.
We are a French American couple. Les Dames du Panthéon is just a perfect hotel to enjoy a few days of Paris life style where Parisian live, go for a drink or enjoy dinner. The only reason why we would not come back is if we buy an apartment near by!!!!

It’s Parisian and quaint but it’s also very very small. We would not return just because it’s more like a 2 star B&B than a 4 star hotel that cost £1200 for 2 rooms for 2 nights. If you get a great deal on this hotel then do it but otherwise leave it alone. The rooms are super small as is the bathroom. It was ok but we would not book again. I have to say the receptionist was very helpful and the maids very polite and being able to sit on a super small cute Parisian balcony on our room was lovely

Dear ‘714gilliand’, We thank you for taking the time to review your stay at Hotel Les Dames du Panthéon. Even though we have to admit we are surprised about the 2/5 considering the globality of your comment that nicely compliments our service and our team, we do understand that this grade is a subjective reflection of your personal experience and we totally respect that. The size of our Classic rooms is 16m2 as written in the description of our rooms on our website and it is the average size for a Parisian hotel room especially since we are located in the heart of the city. Still, we hope that you have appreciated us asking the maid to prepare twin beds in your sons’ room as soon as you requested it upon your arrival. Also, we were very happy to accommodate your family on the same 5th floor and for you and your husband in our lovely Classic room with balcony as normally there is no balcony in this category. Hopefully your family trip to Paris was great nonetheless and you can keep only the best parts in mind. Kind regards, Camille GUILLARD Deputy Manager

Well designed, nice renovated hotel, the interior design makes it a very pretty jewel box. They used good and expensive materials, using the available place in an imaginative way making the rooms cosy, comfortable and unique, with the feeling of modest luxury.
Location is just perfect, in spite of the frequent area it remains quite, no any disturbance.
Staff is friendly, helpful and very polite.
Food is delicious, breakfast was more than enough.

In Paris, noise-levels and staff friendliness are critical variables. I've stayed in many different hotels and apartments around the city and Hotel les Dames du Pantheon is my favorite not only because it's quiet and the staff is amazing but also for other reasons.
1) Location can't be beat for those who value accessible amenities over accessible monuments: coffee shops, Luxembourg gardens, shopping, Saint-Germaine, Sorbonne, RER station, Metro stations
2) Comfortable beds, beautifully designed rooms, updated bathrooms mean that your time inside the hotel is pleasurable - something that becomes quickly hard to afford in this city but this place gets it done for a fair price

Great location - close to many good restaurants and transportation. Very clean (modest sized) room with a comfortable bed. Some rooms have small balconies, others have nice views of the Pantheon. Excellent staff at the front desk: Laura, Anaïs, Mohamed, and Jakob were all friendly, helpful and insightful, and professional. One minor maintainance issue was resolved appropriately and in a timely fashion.

Dear kimbar18, Thank you for your message. I inform you that we only have 3 family rooms in total, and those rooms are highly demanded. 2 of the 3 family rooms have a dark decoration (yet, the lighting in the rooms are adapted). If you wish to stay with us, you may indicate to the receptionnist your preference for bright rooms so we can adjust your reservation accordingly. For your reservation, do not hesitate to contact us directly by email or phone. Best regards, Laura Deputy Manager

Hello, Possibly too late for this query but worth noting for future guests - this hotel DOES have rooms with balconys (it was my one must have when choosing a Paris hotel!). They are very small so don't expect to be able to walk around on it, but my partner is 6 foot and we both sat on the balcony table and chairs and had breakfast every morning. Big enough for this and taking photos of the lovely view of the Pantheon.
