Book with confidence. Room was cosy, clean & exactly what you need when visiting Paris! Gorgeous Boulangerie around the corner & breakfast was just right. 👍🏽 Close to Metro (just outside Maccas) and lovely place to stay.

We travelled summer of 2015, and there was a heat wave. The room unfortunately had no air conditioning. The rooms are tiny, but we really only used them to sleep so no real complaints there. I enjoyed breakfast, nothing more needed and the croissants were lovely. The hotel was very close to a metro as well as some convenience stores...

We recently stayed for three nights at the Hotel Opera Lafayette. The hotel is within walking distance of Gare du Nord (10-15 mins) and close to Cadet metro station. Montmartre is also only approximately a 15-minute walk away. Our room was a good size and had a small balcony with great views over Rue Lafayette, Parc Montholon & we were...

I stayed here from the 19th of June until the 22nd of June. I stayed in a single room which was quite small but all I needed it for was to rest, have a safe place to leave my things and to have a private bathroom. The room was cosy but it had everything I needed like a TV, a...

Room was very small as was bathroom. The shower is extremely small so if you drop anything, don't bother trying to pick it up and if you are on the large size, you won't get in at all. The room is clean though and wifi works well. The lift is tiny also and you may have to wait for a...

Clean rooms, good bathroom, very tiny shower though. Comfy beds. Lovely breakfast room and plenty of food to choose from. The only thing to remind people - there is no tea and coffee making in the room. You have to borrow the kettle. There is a fridge however. Would recommend.

Recently stayed in this hotel during mid May 2016. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful but unfortunately this hotel is in need of some TLC and maintenance. Originally put in a room that we found had no hot water and as the hotel was apparently full we had to wait a day to be give another room but...

Rooms are basic because 1 it's Paris. So quite small. But hey very clean and had what you needed. I think in Australia we are spoilt for little luxuries. Our 3 star would be europes 4 star Great breakfast. happy staff. Beds aren't that comfy, quite hard. Daily maid service. Rooms to road can be quite noisy. Close to a...

Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighbourhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighbourhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theatres, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
